A 點飯店 - 帕丁頓

前台接待處職員很有禮貌同親切介紹周邊圍環境，但不足之處是我房隔離是儲物室，早上職員開關門都手重，請酒店提醒一下隔音問題會弄醒客人！謝！

位置方便，房間面積太細。寄存行李需收費。 房間隔音不佳

非常棒，位置很好，對面有24小時超市很方便採買

大街嘈啲 房內都聽到街啲車聲尤其深夜

Allocated to first floor facing the main road. Paper thin glass with noisy cars all night and could even hear people talking downstairs, couldn’t sleep well Breakfast was decent Staff were otherwise helpful and cheerful

Plus: very well situated, close to two Tube stations. Tesco is opposite the building, plenty of cafes. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Very friendly service. Minus: Room is tiny. Cleaning of room only from 3rd night and we stayed 2nights. But can get fresh towels. Outside environment is a 3.

The hotel is clean and convenience. It is near Paddington station.

The bathroom was inferior. There was not enough room to enter the shower. The positioning was horrid. I asked if we could be relocated to another room but it was not possible. I booked a stay at Mecure in Paddington where I had stayed previously. My son stayed at Point A but showered at my hotel after burning his arm on the metal bar between the faucets in the shower at Point A. This was the first time I have been disappointed in a room I have booked through Expedia.

room was tiny, and the TV was so close to the end of the bed that you could barely fit between the bed and the wall. Good location. Never charged to store luggage before check in at other hotels.

Lots of shops nearby. Fast internet. Stagf were very friendly.

Fräscht hotell med centralt läge. Mycket glada över att vi fick checka in tidigare utan extra kostnad eftersom rummet var klart för oss. Stort plus och höjer mitt betyg av hotellet. Rummet var litet och trångt - får man nästan räkna med i London till det priset, bra skick - vi upplevde det nästan som nyrenoverat. Minus: oisolerad glasdörr in till toaletten. Fingerstort hål i gardin. Frukostpersonalen upplevde vi var för få - de hann inte med att plocka undan på borden och fylla på buffén i den takt som behövdes. Frukostpersonalen stängde nästan aldrig dörren in till köket trotts att det stod en skylt på deras dörr att de skulle göra det alltid, resulterade i en bullrig ljudmiljö där alla satt och åt frukost.
