The employees were all so good

Freundliches Personal, Super Frühstücksbuffet auch mit Frisch zubereiteten Omelett. Bus und Underground in der Nähe. Safe , Kühlschrank, Fön , Körperpflege Produkte. Nur die Klimaanlage bläst weiter obwohl ausgeschaltet. Abseits der engen Gänge ein sehr schönes altes Haus.

Early check in, nice room with complimentary water. Staff are great.

Hotel staff was wonderful! The hotel its self is a bit dated and area isn’t the best. I wouldn’t walk around at night on my own as a single female.

Room was quite dusty and very small. The single rooms are tiny and not very comfortable so avoid. Not great value for money

Les + : Hôtel très bien placé, chambre supérieure individuelle bien agencée, de taille honorable pour Londres, lit confortable, clim très efficace. Les - : Il faut venir avec ses boules Quies car il n'y a pas de double vitrage (on entend parfaitement tout ce qui se passe dans la rue, et notamment les sirènes des ambulances qui passent à tout heure du jour et de la nuit. Par ailleurs, les lumières proviennent toutes de plafonniers et sont horribles pour lire au lit.

I had a long weekend in London with my friend who is poorly. It was a very nice hotel. The staff at the hotel reception were all very friendly and helpful. You could walk no problem to the West End of London.

Clean room, nice amenities

Bedroom very dated, tiny double bed, room really hot, traffic noise and people shouting outside all night so couldn’t open the windows. Also opposite a hospital so ambulance sirens all day and night. Very disappointed.

The downstairs was very modern and great but the rooms were very dated and def could do with a refurb the location was in a great place for amenities .

Clean, quieter than expected for central London. Staff were great, I felt looked after during my stay

Hotel was under renovation to the first floor but the hotel restaurant made up for it, the food was 5star and the service was also, very keenly priced for the centre of london

The hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful and smelled lovely! Staff were very friendly, welcoming and approachable. The lifts, corridors and the room itself was super clean. However, the room was very average, given the price we paid. Very plain, could do with updating. No cosy lighting, all the lights were very harsh, a lamp or small bedside light would have created a nice cosy touch. The TV channels had no signal so we couldn't watch TV before bed, we only noticed this on our second night (our last night) so we didn't report it as we were already comfortable in bed but was a little disappointing. The hotel location was perfect for what we needed but some things were left to be desired.

Reception & public spaces are well kept and attractive. The twin room was tired and in need of an up date. Windows didn't close properly meaning that road noise was very loud and there was a draught. Room carpet was stained and had a lump in front of the dresser. Room was spacious and had everything we needed, we just expected better decoration and more up to date equipment. Staff were very friendly and helpful and could not be more approachable. Breakfast was a little disappointing, scrambled eggs not to our taste and cooked to order options limited. A veggie sausage would have been appreciated.
