When I book a hotel, I often find that the online photos can be misleading, leading to disappointment when I arrive. However, my experience at the Royal Garden was the exact opposite; the hotel is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The staff treats guests like royalty, making it a truly lovely place to stay.
There are plenty of activities and amenities nearby, so you won't have to venture far. A Starbucks and Whole Foods are conveniently located just across the street, along with numerous dining and shopping options. Directly behind the hotel is Hyde Park, which I enjoyed strolling through at night.
This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I am very glad I chose to stay there. If I return to London, I will definitely book a room at the Royal Garden again.

The room and the staff were excellent as was the breakfast with only some confusion about what type of fried egg was required and the subsequent time taken mean that had almost eaten half of rest before meal came. This is obviously a very minor point but it would be good to streamline the process a bit.
I would both recommend and stay again in a heartbeat given the quality and location.

A good place to stay if you’re going to a show at Royal Albert Hall ( which we did ) - very convenient short walk.
The hotel is next door to Kensington Palace & Gardens as well.
We stayed in one of the smaller rooms which was very clean & comfortable on the first floor. We also parked in the underground car park at the hotel. This car park is not designed for large cars ( we were ok as our car is smaller Honda Jazz) but I wouldn’t recommend bringing a bigger car.

Amazing views of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Room was spacious and comfortable and the bathtub was a real treat after a long day out. Free access to the public Anytime Fitness club was also appreciated. But above all the staff were the icing on the cake - always with smiles and eager to help.

Excellent staff and responsiveness. Negative is the fitness center being out of the building, and not up to standards. Hotel location is little inconvenience if you plan on spending much time in Central London for sightseeing, theatre, restaurants etc, as this location requires expenses of ride share or taxi to everything. Underground stations not nearby when considering weather conditions.

Great location near Kensington Palace. Transportation was close by, Tube was within walking distance and easy to get to and from with luggage. Large variety of restaurants to eat, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. The basic room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. Great location and experience, would definitely recommend staying here.
