After reading the very negative reviews before my stay I was feeling a little bit of dread before my trip but on arriving and following my brief stay I must say that my stay was perfect.Everything that other people had complained about was for me not a problem from cleanliness,decor the air conditioning and bathroom to the breakfast.Everything was perfect and especially the breakfast which was the best I have had in many of my last hotel stays.Well done to the team at the hotel.I will be back.

It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling! I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed.

Do not stay here. Expecially not through expedia as they are absolutely useless in trying to get you a refund and the hotel will garunteed not co operate. I’ll never book another hotel through expedia but just thought i’d take the time to let yous know not to stay here. Bath came without a plug and they refuse to help by giving me another. Insanity that a hotel gets away with this AND avoid avoid

The staff were really helpful and polite. The rooms were clean. The property could probably do with a bit of an upgrade as some of the carpets etc are a bit worn. The TV facilities were great and have been upgraded since our last stay, there’s now a smart TV which is good. However the WIFI connection was poor at busier times which could be improved. The lift was not functioning for our stay meaning that we had to climb a few flights of stairs on our stay which was okay but not super convenient and difficult with baggage, although I’m sure the staff would have helped us carry the baggage if we asked. The breakfast was okay, the staff were super helpful. Could do with upgraded coffee facilities at breakfast. Overall our stay was good and the hotel is in a convenient location for Wembley events. There are no complaints about the staff, they were fab, overall the facility could just use some upgrades.

When got to St George only 1 person checking people in so took time, then to be told I was on 5th floor and the lift wasn’t working so had to use the stairs. But did ask if we wanted to be moved and moved us to the 3rd floor. On Saturday morning only 1 person doing breakfast and ordered four and got 2 then 15 minutes later got the other 2, plus ask for one breakfast to have no beans but all came out with beans, so didn’t listen to the customer, the rest of the staff in the morning wasn’t helpful at all no one cleaning up or topping up bits, only the one person cooking breakfast was doing everything else, had to ask one of the other staff for 4 folks but had to ask her about 5 times, mornings staff was not helpful at all.

Upon arrival we found out the lift was out of commission and our room was on the 5th floor, the reception did ask if this was ok and said we could move to the second floor if the stairs was going to be an issue. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not serviced after the first night, no replenishment of milk, shower gel. Fridge didn’t work, or the TV in bathroom - wasn’t concerned just obviously maintenance an issue. The breakfast is not good at all, very greasy fry up and continental doesn’t have great options. Would not recommend

Hotel is in a good place to get to Wembley but I wouldn't rate it as a 4 star because the rooms were tied apart from the bathrooms were nice . In the room the carpets were very dirty and three bear in parts and also do in the corridor.there was know matteres protection cover on. Breckfast was ok.

Staff polite. Left out of use so had to climb 5 flights of stairs. Reserved parking wasn’t booked so had to block another car in. Overcharged as didn’t deduct deposit paid to Expedia and want me to sort it with Expedia so I’m currently £314 out of pocket.

Fantastic location very close to Wembley stadium and train/tube station, very easy check in/out, deposit was refunded quickly. Reception area clean and tidy staff were friendly. Lift was rickety with the doors shaking as it went up and down but it was bright and clean. Carpets in the corridors tired and stained. The room was large and spacious air con was great and can be changed in the room although it resets back to the default setting when you leave the room for a while, room was clean apart from the stained carpet, bed and pillows were really comfortable, plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe, also a mini fridge and a safe which was handy although the fridge was quite noisy, room was well sound proofed could not hear much from outside which was great as the hotel was full of football fans but it did also make the sound of the fridge seem louder. Tea and coffee selection was ok, 3 types of tea bags and normal and decaf coffee but only 2 of each and only 4 milk pots. We had no spoon so had to go to reception to get one. A bit disappointing that we went to have a drink in the bar downstairs at 8pm only to find it closed! Which we found a bit strange.

Easy to find and in a great location. Only downside was bathroom door didnt lock or close proprly nd the noise from passing traffic was quite loud. However, it was super clean, beds were comfy and staff were friendly.
