It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling!
I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Incredibly poor facilities, uncomfortable mattresses and terrible noise insulation. We hardly got any sleep due to the sound of the in room fridge and a humming sound that filled the room. IT WASN’t the air conditioning as we turned it off, it was in the walls and like an all night torture. The breakfast was so poor quality it was virtually inedible.
The staff are friendly enough, but management non existent.
We complained about all the issues we faced - but after 10 emails and series of calls we received minimal response and manager totally invisible.
The hotel claims to be 4 star. That’s laughable. 1 star would be a stretch.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
