Hotel é bastante simpático e muito bem localizado!
Tem 2 linhas de metro a poucos metros e a rua é bastante sossegada, uma vez que não tem trânsito.
Os quartos são muito bem decorados e as camas muito confortáveis!
Zona com muita oferta de restaurantes e supermercados.
Quando voltar a Paris, vou privilegiar este hotel!

The location of this hotel is very good, and there are many good restaurant in walking distance. The size of room is alright, but there is only a small plastic table to place my belonging and my laptop.
The breakfast is definitely not worth the price, with just very limit of choice.

Il soggiorno, iniziato il 31/12, è stato segnato da gravissimi disservizi tecnici e una gestione del personale totalmente inadeguata. La camera presentava difetti strutturali (porta del bagno bloccata dal WC) e, soprattutto, l’assenza totale di acqua calda con temperature esterne di -3°.
Il personale della reception improvvisato e privo di professionalità, limitandosi a fornire rassicurazioni false ("l'acqua tornerà tra 30 minuti") senza risolvere il problema. La direzione era assente e reperibile solo via WhatsApp. A causa dell'impossibilità di lavarsi abbiamo dovuto annullare il cenone prenotato. Nonostante le richieste, non è stato fornito nemmeno un bollitore per le emergenze (apparso poi "magicamente" il giorno dopo).
Dopo un secondo giorno consecutivo senza acqua abbiamo preteso il trasferimento in un'altra struttura. Sebbene la richiesta sia stata esaudita, il cambio di posizione ha compromesso l'itinerario della vacanza.
SI SCONSIGLIA VIVAMENTE QUESTA STRUTTURA

For a low cost, very solid stay. Simple check in & out. Building & area felt safe enough. Lively neighborhood but the hotel is on a quiet street. They keep the room keys when you left which felt odd at first but ultimately it’s one less thing to lose. Desk always staffed. Wifi was finicky but mostly operational. I wouldn't recommend if fast connection is a priority.
Rooms are small but perfectly functional. Staff refreshed the room everyday. A little rough around the edges, aged caulking in the bathroom, broken toilet buttons, minor, minor things.
Why bother with an extra breakfast when there are innumerable cafes around? If you are planning to sleep & wash up here, it is perfect in my opinion. If you want lavish, maybe look further.

We stayed in a room right next to the elevator and you could hear it going up and down all night, as well as being able to hear everything through the doors. There may as well have not been a wall. The room wasn’t really anything like the picture. There also didn’t appear to be a smoke alarm in our room…

The linen of the room was horrible; seems clean but when you look closely it has a lot of pubic hair entangled with the bed linen. The lady front desk officer isn't friendly to answer guest's inquiries, we did even waited for her to finish recording the news about airbnb's before she attends to us. The guy front desk officer whose shift starts after her is more helpful and know's how hostality works for guests like us.
