My second stay at this well positioned hotel, although the quality of the accommodation this time fell far short of what I experienced during my first visit. Even though it was a different room category this time, it was no more than a 2 star standard. Very disappointing.

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel West End. The location along the Promenade Anglais was excellent and in short walking distance of the Old Town and Castle Hill. We checked in and the hotel staff got us into our room in less than 15 minutes. The service was impeccable. I felt like I was transported back in time. I would definitely stay here again.

Tolle Lage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus. Es war ruhig, Fenster sehr gut schallisoliert. Kaffee, Tee, Wasserkocher und ein Flasche Wasser kostenfrei im Zimmer. Kühlschrank war ohne Kühlfunktion. Der Empfangsbereich und die anderen Räume im EG sind sehr gemütlich und schön. Das Frühstück war super. Es ist sehr beengt und an Neujahr gab es zur Rush hour kurzzeitig Platzprobleme, aber das Personal gibt sich große Mühe um es allen recht zu machen. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.

Un petit déjeuner très qualitatif, varié et composé de produits frais dans une salle très agréable et très bien décorée animée par un personnel efficace et très aimable. Il s'agit du meilleur hôtel sur la dizaine que nous avons essayé dans le secteur Nice et Cannes. Nous y retournerons avec une très grand plaisir

I spent a wonderful time in a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. My room had a beautiful city view, which was especially stunning at night. The hotel staff were polite, professional, and respectful - exactly the kind of service I truly appreciate. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.
