Personnel de l'accueil très pro et très aimable Chambre parfaite avec vue sur tour Eiffeil

On first arriving in our room, we immediately saw soda sprayed all over the wall behind the bed. We had to have someone come in and clean it as soon as we arrived. Our water closet (toilet room) reeked of urine. You could see streaks across the back of the toilet and walls. I mentioned it to the front desk and asked that it be cleaned very well but it was not cleaned well enough. The urine stench was present the entire stay. The floors in our room were also dirty. Walking around in sock feet, you could feel your socks sticking to the floor. The staff weren’t super helpful either. When we asked for transit information or directions, they were unable to provide any help. We toured Europe for a month and the Mercure was by far the dirtiest, least helpful and one of the most expensive places we stayed. Definitely not worth the money.

The best location. Only 5 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower and the Siene river. Close to restaurants and metro.

Para um hotel 4 estrelas, a experiência é bem mediana. Funcionários ríspidos, limpeza básica, conforto básico. O que realmente foi satisfatório para mim foi a localização. Pelo valor da diária, não compensa o custo-benefício.

Lo mejor es la ubicación

Me hospedaria novamente, hotel muito silencioso, cama gostosa, café da manhã normal, localização ideal.

Hotel com localização privilegiada, praticamente ao lado da Torre à Eiffel, quartos confortáveis, silenciosos, camas muito confortáveis, comodidade excelente. Checkin pessimo, não há formas de ter checkin antecipado, só deixam você entrar de 15h.

Room was decent. Bathroom was very poor. Toilet smell like urine all the time. Was disgusting. Bathtub did not drain properly. Room service left trash behind. Location is great.

The breakfast is very expensive if you only want a small breakfast. Go to the nearest Patisserie and get breakfast for half price.

The stay was very enjoyable, given the location close to the Eiffel Tower. The room was nice however a bit small. Entering the tub/shower was a challenge and quite slippery. It took almost the full stay to figure out the shower head assembly. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The staff was very courteous and helpful when needed. I would suggest this hotel as worth the price.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel left me with no choice — others deserve to be warned before making the same mistake. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it abundantly clear that guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Check-in was handled with cold indifference, with no greeting, no assistance with luggage, and no effort whatsoever to make us feel welcome. When we asked questions, the responses were dismissive and at times outright rude. To make matters worse, when we requested to speak with the manager, we were told she was unavailable and could only meet us the following day. When I returned the next day, I discovered that the manager had actually been present the entire time and simply chose not to meet us. The dishonesty was shocking and deeply disrespectful. I then escalated the matter by emailing higher management, hoping for at least some acknowledgement or accountability — but the response I received was just as appalling. No empathy, no resolution, just another disappointing reply that reflected exactly the same attitude as the rest of the staff. This is without doubt the worst service I have ever encountered in the hotel industry. Never stay here.
