The hotel is in a great location very close to the tower, restaurants, gift shops. The hotel is clean well maintained rooms are very small as typical for Europe. Disappointed they didn’t have coffee in the room other than instant coffee with a kettle They will charge you 3.50 euro for the tiniest cup of coffee you can imagine. Overall, good hotel for the location. I recommend it.

Lovely hotel! Amazing location, you walk out and can see the Eiffel Tower almost from bottom to top. Great bakeries and restaurants and amazing access to public transit

The breakfast was horrible. The bartenders and receptionist were top notch!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location is excellent and the price reflects that, I expected a much higher standard of service. During the heatwave, the refrigerator in my room was not working, which meant I couldn't even keep water cold. This was incredibly uncomfortable given the extreme temperatures. As a solo female traveller, the most concerning incident was when a staff member unlocked my room and entered without permission. When I asked why he had come in, he simply said "room service." I tried to explain in English that entering without knocking or waiting for permission was unacceptable, but he continued speaking only in French. The whole situation left me feeling extremely unsafe. In 17 years of solo travelling, I have never experienced anything like this. To make matters worse, only one of the hotel's three lifts was operational, resulting in extremely long queues and lengthy waits every time I needed to get to or from my room. It's unfortunate because the hotel has a prime location, but that alone cannot compensate for poor service, inadequate maintenance, and, most importantly, a lack of respect for guests' privacy and safety. I certainly would not stay here again.

We were a five minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, you could see the Eiffel Tower once you stepped out of the lobby. There were several cafés for us to choose from. It was a great location and affordable.

DESAYUNO BUENO

The rooms were clean, had AC and beds were comfy. The breakfast was well worth the price. It was the most delicious breakfast I’ve had at a hotel, plenty of variety and excellent quality. It was so fun to stay so close to the iconic Eiffel Tower. There were plenty of restaurants, bakeries and even a laundromat around. It was only a few minutes walk to the metro.

I stayed just for the weekend and the location was amazing and the staff was super helpful…

The room had a nice view of the Eiffel tower however the bathroom had an awful small of poop and vinegar that did not even leave the room after the staff came to clean the next day. I wasn’t sure if that was part of what they used to clean or what, but it was not tolerable. Otherwise honestly no other complaints. Would have given a better review if the smell hadn’t been there.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, easy Uber pick up location, close taxi station, 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, shopping, and restaurants.

Ar condicionado não funcionou, o que salvou foi um ventilador pequeno . E 3 elevadores e somente 1 funcionava .
