麗笙尼斯飯店

酒店非常乾淨，景色好美，有個阳台可以每天欣賞美景和感受陽光。就是我們去的時候趕上歐洲放假，早餐好多人啊，每天都一樣，可以每天換些不同款式。我們住了6天最後都吃膩了

吃飯比較不方便，要再往上走10-25分鐘才有集中一點的餐廳，但無敵海景讓人舒暢，服務人員都很親切～～

位置是不错的，门口就是海滩。离市中心3公里左右，走路有点远，打车整个尼斯都比较坑也就不算在内了。因为酒店大，早餐高峰时间排队抢位置也有。早餐品种整体不错。房间还是比较大，但设施有点旧旧的，第二天上午洗手池水管还坏了，漏水一直漏到卧室……好在维修人员很快就来处理了。在旺季400多欧一间的情况下，性价比确实不高。

Check in staff were rude. The room stunk like sewage. The T.V system is terrible and cheap and the shower was terrible.

La stanza era ok, come da prenotazione, purtroppo il riscaldamento era fisso a 25 gradi, decisamente troppo. Anche il personale non è riuscito ad abbassarlo..

This was a beautiful room in a lovely location. A beautiful balcony right across from the Mediterranean Sea, and a beautiful walkway. HOWEVER there was one giant problem that brought this down to four star, and it might have been even lower if I was in a worse mood. The beautiful autumn sun, low on the horizon pounded into our room, most of the day, and particularly when it came up early in the morning. Because of the date, the hotel had stopped. It’s air conditioning, and the room became unbearably hot. It was by their admission, almost impossible to sleep. I requested that they do something about it twice, and the first person told me just to turn the system off and on, but that was incorrect. The only solution would have been to sleep with the sliding door open, but that would admit the traffic noise, and of course woken us up, unbearably early as soon as the sun came up. So, two bad night sleep. We were there three nights, but miraculously it still worked on the first night. Otherwise, everything OK

Nice, large hotel with easy access to the city centre by tram just behind the hotel. Max 5 min wait. Excellent view over the Promenade des Anglais and the sea. Rooftop terrace with a good sized pool.

Everyone and everything was amazing especially their Concierge Mela , hope I spelled her name correctly.

Veldig flott utsikt fra vårt rom mot sjøen med balkong. Deilig seng - fint rom. Kun badekar med dusj. Littt mye folk til frokost varte kun til kl. 10.
