科隆西梅丘爾酒店

Nice place! Hostess are very kind and room is tidy. The location is a bit far from the city centre but very close to highway so not too much traffic. Neighbored is good and quiet. Love the place =)

本来入住前是抱着应该还不错的心态的，因为以前住的mercure连锁的四星酒店都还不错，结果实际上连瓶装的沐浴露洗发水香皂都没有提供，甚至没有送水，一开始以为桌子上放的一瓶水是送的，结果打开才看到上面写着4.9欧？？？！！！感觉有点欺骗的嫌疑，大家住宿的时候一定要注意。言而总之，四星级酒店不送水真的是有点神奇。房间的床还不错，两张床都挺大的，被子也是一人一床。另外说说交通，Hbf过去要转一次车35分钟左右到吧，但是一到周日就gg了，酒店门口唯一的轻轨要1个小时一班，在风中凌乱等车的感觉谁体验谁知道，还是建议自驾的朋友们去住。另外就是koln交通费很贵来回一个人就8欧了，自由行还是建议在市内的酒店里住了。

對面有多家超市購物方便，但要注意週日都未營業。地點好離市區近。

条件不错，性价比高，适合有车的人，离市区有点距离

這裡是商務旅館，整齊清潔很好，而且價錢合理，可惜很偏遠，如果有開車的人比較方便哦！近高速公路下。

Todo muy bien

Just checked out today! Mercure Koln West Hotel exceeded my expectations. Front office staff had been precise and helpful arranging room on my request. Room and toilet are clean. Although bedsheet not change but can understand on reducing waste. On breakfast, nice cosy embience and F&B staff are hardworking and friendly. Food are great! Pls keep improving creative improvement to rooms, front office and F&B.

Personeel beleeft, kamers schoon. Goed bed.

Night staff is not cooperative, i asked for a fan and never received it.

The sauna only opens from 9am to 10pm. Basically, you cannot use the sauna if you are late for check-in or check out early. The room condition was also disappointing, since I saw stains on the table rests and waste beneath the towels. If you want to park inside the hotel, you must pay 15 euros, which is absurd, since the hotel is located outside the central area and there is nothing around it. If you want to use the sauna and a bathrobe, you must ask in advance, as there are only a limited number at reception and we cannot borrow one at 7pm.

The room was clean. The bathroom was very tiny and cramped.

Good price and friendly staff. Although, I was under the impression that car parking was included only to find out at the counter that it was €11 a day. Also, normally you get tea in rooms but not in this one. These negative points should not stop you to stay at this hotel, it is air-conditiined and very convenient and comfortable.

Nice and clean!

It was a bit further to the centre than expected, but the bus and tram stop were 5 mins away. The team were always helpful, and the service level was really good. Only disappointment was the air conditioning . The first couple of days were quite hot and the air con wasn’t cooling the room sufficiently. Breakfast buffet food was was excellent, with a good spread.

Dated property and falls short of other Mercure stays. Kind staff and the highlight was the cooled water fountain in the atrium. Breakfast lacked a bit of variety for vegetarian guests but otherwise was a lovely stay.
