MOXY Rust

Ontbijt was goed, maar het was de €17.50 pp niet waard. LIDL zit om de hoek.

Very retro and comfortable! A very close distance to parks, stores, gas station, and restaurants. Pets are welcomed which is a huge bonus. Everyone’s nice and welcoming. We did get locked outside during brunch and a customer had to let us in. We were eating and an employee closed the door and didn’t bother to see if we were outside. But still loved the hotel.

Great hotel! Very youthful energy, lots of places to hang out in the lobby. Rooms were clean and modern, two single beds *actually pushed apart (not something that's very common in Europe!). Staff were friendly, and offered us one free drink each as well. Very close to a bus stop that'll take you straight to Europapark and Rulantica

The room was clean, the staff were lovely, we got a free drink to enjoy in the evening, and the location was perfect to Europa Park as well as the Lidl and Edeka food shops nearby

Très bel hôtel, belle chambre, grande spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Hôtel calme, proche parc. Très bon buffet du petit-déjeuner.

Frühstück etwas teuer... ansonsten alles prima..

Propreté moyenne (un cheveu dans la douche…), et température de la souche variant énormément de manière imprévisible

Très bon séjour. Le personnel a été incroyable avec nous avec un accueil très chaleureux. Petit bémol deux lampes de notre chambre ne fonctionnaient pas.

Great place to stay with the most friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is a great place to hang out and grab a few drinks and play some games. From the second I got there they were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and a great size. The bathroom included soap, shampoo and conditioner which was a bonus. I was able to utilize their gym and they have a great tablet to provide you with a workout of your choosing which was very helpful! They also have a parking garage ($10 per night) that connects to the lobby. Definitely walkable to Rulantica and Europa park since it's in the middle of both parks. It was about a 15-20 min walk to Europa Park through the town and a 15 minute walk to Rulantica. We felt extremely safe walking there even at night time as there are a TON of restaurants between the walk and near the hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Praktisch ohne viel Schickschnack 😀

Die Zimmer sind typisch. Moxy halt. Uns gefällt es. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gab deutlich mehr Auswahl als in anderen Hotels der Kette. Das Personal war super freundlich und lässig. Ein rundum entspannter Aufenthalt.

After 12 hours of driving, arrived to be checked into a dirty, used room. Okay. The staff checked us into another room after being told. Then this horrible stay started. The rooms are not sound proofed at all. There are metal stairs in the middle of the hotel and there is so much noise when people go up and down 24/7. You can hear your upstairs neighbors run around and do they run around constantly as the kids cry, shout and jump even late at night. You can hear all of this constantly. The parking is imposed by this hotel. Oh, you can park on streetside but no, no you cannot. Every other hotel has streetside parking but moxy’s parking is hidden - go around the closed parking to access it even though the front desk staff will not disclose it to you and charge you 10 euros for each day without hesitation. We stayed 6 nights and the person who checked us in did not hesitate to charge for the entire stay right as I paid. Bad staff. This is not a hotel but a motel with a shiny makeover. The room does not have a kettle, a safe, even a closet for clothes. It does have dirty and disgusting curtains! A small opening for a window which the cleaning crew left open so the room has bugs on your return. The only positive I can say is that the hotel is very close to lidl/edeka and there is a free, city wide shuttle to the parks in front of that lidl. Oh and it probably doesn’t have bed bugs, I hope. We are back and I’m so happy to be back home after this horrid stay.

Perfectly adequate for the price. The rooms are functional and clean: breakfast was good
