Very good breakfast , clean beds, good location, but car parking is not enough.

Hotel staffs are very nice and always serve us with pleasure, especially Deborah at the Front desk. Appreciate to have such a happy stay in business trip

Das Zimmer war so sauber u. das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet

oke hotel, gratis wifi was erg zwak, voor goed wifi moest worden bijbetaald, niet van deze tijd. Tevens parkeren erg duur , € 22,00 voor 1 dag buiten parkeren.

Ich hatte von Hotel.com gebucht, da ich ja Premium bin. Und das Hotel dafür Frühstück umsonst anbietet, aber nur für eine Person. Was soll das, wir haben zu zweit gebucht!? Und dann bekommt einer Frühstück und der andere muss zusehen. Hallo??? Auch war das Zimmer upgrade das ich auch bekommen soll, etwas schwierig. Aber hat dann doch noch geklappt. Frühstück war auch schon mal besser. Hat sehr nachgelassen, war früher fast immer in NH Hotels unterwegs. Und da gab es noch Auswahl am Buffet. Nicht nur drei verschiedene Wurstwaren, keine Streichwurst! Auch gab es nicht mehr so viel Früchte Auswahl wie früher. Zum Glück kann man sich wenigstens Spiegeleier bestellen mit Speck. Der Speck war früher auch immer, ohne Bestellung vorhanden. Aber das ist besser man läßt Ihn sich frisch braten. Vom Personal alles perfekt. Kaffee Auswahl auch ok.

I spend about a third of the year in hotels and it is rare to find a staff so inflexible and lacking in service especially within a major chain like NH. I booked 3 nights here, largely because the room photos clearly showed a coffee machine. I love starting my morning with coffee in bed. Upon arrival, both the machine and kettle were missing. When I raised this the next morning, the reception deflected blame, calling it a "Hotels.com problem with wrong photos" and promised to talk to management. Nothing happened. No reply to my email, no machine. The evening staff told me to wait until the next day the day before checkout. I only got a coffee machine for my final day after Hotels.com intervened. The cherry on top came at checkout when they "accidentally" added a parking fee to my invoice, even though I arrived without a car. Luckily, my bank app alerted me to the extra deduction, so I caught it. Double check everything if you stay here. The pictures do not represent reality and you must review your bill carefully to ensure you aren't paying for things you didn't use. The NH chain needs to audit this management team and train them in basic hospitality and problem-solving.

Einfach top! Ich werde Auf jeden Fall nochmal dieses Hotel besuchen, wenn ich nach MA gehe.

Zimmer sauber, bequeme Betten, Straßenbahn Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.

Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption, gutes Frühstück, schöne aber kleine Zimmer.
