The lifes are the big problem, the good in the restaurant also not good

Nice staff, clean room, nice breakfast.

Hotel was great--very easy access to everything you want to visit in athens. Meals were good, drinks fine, coffee nice! Rooms were tidy, the hotel was so quiet on a busy street--almost oddly quiet. Good place to stay

Great location for a beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. The onsite hotel is a bit pricey though

Olvidado passaporte y dinero cash en la caja de seguridad , y para mandarme solo los pasaporte , me han cobrado €120 , y el dinero cash no hay manera de recuperarlo , me estan diciendo que solo si voy personalmente .

High end hotel with amazing rooftop bar, pool and dining with a view of the Acropolis. Situated south of central Athens - great for the conference centre (next door) but is a 15min taxi/bus into the centre. Not the best designed hotel room I've been in and as a designer the furnishing has overtaken functionality - small things eg the shower water soaks the whole bathroom floor, nowhere to hang out your towels or layout your suitcase for un/packing. On the plus side - the bed was huge and comfy, able to Chromecast to the TV, full sized windows the width of the room, which flooded it with light, minibar if you use one and great service by all the staff. Thank you to the Hyatt Athens team!

Clean room - we are a family of 4 and our rooms were connected and it helped very much!! Breakfast was included and had an enormous spread with continental and Greek. Very delicious and introduced us to variety of Greek cuisine. View from dining room is the best!! Location is great - next to couple of local restaurants and it’s a 20 minute walk to Acropolis - we ended up using Uber!

Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Bei einer Reklamation bezüglich Dusche und defekter Leuchte wurde sofort reagiert.

My first room didnt have heat, so i was moved to a different room which was fine. This is a big hotel. I was there for over 2 weeks, and the hallways were always dirty. The staff is not friendly or particularly helpful when i asked questions. If you're just looking for a short stay and the price is right, this might be acceptable.

We checked in on ‘Christmas Day and the hotel was fully staffed and the room was spotless. Great view of the Acropolis. We were able to eat at the restaurant on Christmas. Great stay!

Sad to say the hotel's photos are far nicer than reality. Our room faced the street and the single pane window did nothing to stave off the car and motorcycle noise at all hours of the night. The location is not within walking distance, nor safe, to any of the historical sites. The only "sights" across the hotel are nude entertainment, so those with small children, beware.
