Gym is good and clean

The lifes are the big problem, the good in the restaurant also not good

This hotel had both positive and negative aspects to our stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop infinity pool and the beautiful view of the Acropolis, which was impressive and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing for several reasons. The hotel’s location was not ideal, as it was directly across the street from sex clubs/strip clubs and next to abandoned buildings, which made the surrounding area feel uncomfortable and unappealing. In addition, I believed I had booked a king room with an Acropolis view and had even contacted the hotel approximately two weeks in advance to confirm the upgrade I thought I had paid for $366 a night. Unfortunately, I never received a response from the hotel, so I proceeded assuming the reservation details were correct. Instead, we were placed in a king room facing a dirty, empty parking lot. The bathroom was also a major issue. The shower stall repeatedly overflowed and flooded into the bedroom area. After contacting maintenance multiple times, we were informed that the issue was due to the design of the bathroom and that nothing could be done to fix it. As a result, we had to continuously request extra towels from room service each night to create a barrier preventing water from leaking further into the bedroom and toward the drain beside the toilet, which felt very unsanitary. I also contacted Expedia, since the booking was made through them, but unfortunately they offered little to no help.

Helpful staff, wonderful pool and a view from it. But very bad soundproofing of windows in the rooms considering very noisy and busy road just in front of the hotel.

Dårlig vedlikehold. Før sto åpen etter renholdere. Gardinene falt ned. Lang ventetid på heis/travelt/for liten kapasitet. Oversvømmelse på badet. Treg inn/utsjekk. Personale manglet opplæring. Men; flott basseng på taket. God wifi. Umulig å få sen utsjekk uten å betale fyra.

The room was clean. The floor was scratched from bed moving. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Frühstück sehr limitiert. Dinnerkarte und Poolkarte ebenfalls sehr bescheiden. Personal leider nicht kunden- und serviceorientiert. Zimmer veraltet.

Takpoolen och utsikten var helt magiskt. Tyvärr var rummen sådär. Hade förväntat mig bättre städning på ett 5 stjärnigt hotell, ibland var inte använda glas utbytta osv.

We had a great stay at this hotel for five nights. The breakfast buffet with the view of the Acropolis is a nice touch. We would stay there again

La habitación estaba lejísimos de recepción tuvimos q caminar mucho y mi esposo tiene cirugía de espalda y se supone q era una habitación accesible para silla de ruedas y teníamos q subir escaleras pésimo y pedimos cambio de habitación y no nos la quisieron dar

Great launch point hotel for a stay in Athens! Clean, functional, quiet and comfortable. Especially appreciated is the second floor (mezzanine level) welcome area where breakfast and afternoon meal buffets are presented (no fee). Would return.

Un super hôtel, tout était impeccable. Mention spéciale pour la piscine intérieure chauffée , elle est immense.

Great hotel, beautiful view of acropolis. Breakfast had great variety. However, its is about 10-15min drive to top tourist spots.
