good hotel to recommend for stay in Mumbai

酒店有些年份，保养的还不错，服务也达到应有的水准。住这里距离机场车程20-30分钟，距离印度门那边的游览区视交通情况一小时车程。酒店有几个餐厅，其中一个是中餐厅，可惜午餐和晚餐开始时间都比较晚，中餐厅味道不错有中国厨师下厨，价格不便宜但是还可以接受。

This is one of the worst Taj properties I have visited. The decor and furnitures are outdated. The rooms smell. Who in this day and age has pink floors and doors? I complained and their response was that this is an old property and is not being maintained! If you cannot maintain then close it! Will never stay at this place again and will make sure to tell all my friends to stay away. It is really sad that the property in a nice location and they just ruined it by failing to maintain it and keep up with the times. They are totally ruining the great reputation of Taj.

Comfortable stay, hearty breakfast buffet, and an amazing spa experience. Next time will explore the gym.

It was truly a five star experience. If you are going to Mumbai, and want to be taken care of by some of the best, friendly, helpful and purely nice people, this is a great resort. A special shoutout to the staff at the 21-club - I received so much advice and helpful suggestions! If you want to have a great time - and live it up - stay at the Taj. Beware of the traffic though, give yourself time to reach your destinations.

Taj Land’s End is one of the world’s finest hotels. The legendary Taj commitment to guest service is in full display. A location midway between the airport and South Mumbai allows for a lot of flexibility.

Disappointed with my Taj stay this time. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the property seemed like it needed updating overall. The famous Taj hospitality and going above and beyond for guests also has seemed to vanish. Simple housekeeping/ guest services requests couldn’t be met, it was surprising to hear “no” from the staff on several occasions. Check in was a disaster on a busy rainy weekend with no help to carry heavy luggage. Overall a very below average experience which is sad because I am a Taj loyalist but will probably find another hotel to stay at during my next visit to India

The location is what makes this property popular but I have had much better experience at hotels of this stature in terms of staff and service. The lobby is also always too crowded and chaotic. If you are not particular about staying in bandra I would 100% recommend oberoi over this.

The toilet was terribly dirty and stinky. The room was dirty with flies. Breakfast options were really good.

Booked this stay for my father's birthday, and the staff was very kind to arrange a birthday cake as well as decorated the room for the occasion! Thanks for a great experience! My mom loved the sea view from the room.

Excellent hotel for stay in Mumbai

Had wallpaper coming off the wall. Food at the restaurant was a bit better than average.

Service and staff were super friendly. My room was not worth what I paid. The sofas and walls had stains. The room smelled like someone smoked in there, so much I woke up w a headache. I was willing to stay an additional night only if they switched me to another room. The lobby said there were no more rooms available while Expedia said there were 5. I decided to not stay any longer and moved to another hotel.
