Staying at the Grand Arkenso Hotel is the right choice while in Semarang, located in the city center, close to malls and culinary centers, easy transportation access, in the bathroom even though there was damage to the shower but it was still okay, next time in the future I will stay here again.

The hotel location is strategic, opposite the Ciputra Mall and Simpang Lima, so if you only take the room it won't be a problem for your stomach
Indo/Alfa is also close
The room is carpeted, as is the hallway which unfortunately in this rainy season, with the passing of guests causes a damp smell
The food is delicious with enough variants for a simple breakfast
Of course if you return to Smrg, this hotel can be a priority

The hotel is a bit old but clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful! Got a room upgrade and free airport transfer. The location is in Simpang Lima, so it's close to everything. The hotel has a 24-hour dim sum stall, which is delicious, perfect for a late-night hunger like me. There's no swimming pool, but the gym is quite well-equipped. Thank you.

Grand Arkenso isn't what it used to be. Has management changed hands? It's strange. The food menu has plummeted. It's the same menu every day, but the taste isn't as good.
