Ac is not working they need 3hour to fix it and its already 10pm. I pay the room for nothing. They give solution to us to move to the lower price room because other room are full. Very bad experience for me and my family.

Kamar saya dapat tidak ada TV nya, saya tanyakan katanya saya kebagian kamar yang TV nya sedang diperbaiki. Dan itu tidak ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya dan kalau tidak ditanyakan juga diam saja. Apakah karena saya pesan via aplikasi sehingga kurang prioritas? Sebenarnya view bagus buat healing, cuman kalu malam hiburan cuman TV pun tidak ada.

Tau hotel ini sebenernya dari kk ipar yang kenal dengan owner nya. Sebenarnya ga' nyangka aja sih fasilitasnya gini. Ini type kamar deluxe katanya. Posisi kamar di atas dan harus naik tangga. Sebenernya worry juga karena bawa balita. Katanya deluxe yang di bawah udah full. Pas masuk kamar sedikit shock karena sebelumnya nginap di hotel yang harganya sama tp fasilitas bintang 4. Trus waktu suami bilang "ini ga' ada tv?". Saya langsung shock!. Pas ke bawah tanya ke reseptionist, jawabannya bikin kaget, "iya Bu, ga' ada tv karena pandemic jadi nya tv semua rusak, jadinya kita ga' pake tv, hanya ada 2 type kamar aja yang pake tv. Sebenarnya kalo difikir-difikir, ga' ada hubungannya sih, hotel lain juga kena dampak pandemic, tp ga' ada tuh mereka menghilangkan fasilitas layaknya sebuah hotel. Singkat cerita, besok paginya pas kita mau check out, kebetulan kita masukin barang-barang dulu ke mobil, tp pas lagi mau ke mobil, mbak-mbak reseptionistnya bilang, "ibu. Ibu. Mau kemana? Udah check out belum? Mbaknya dengan muka panik seolah-seolah kita mau main pergi aja!. Ya kali Mbak!. Saya langsung bilang kita mau check out tp lagi beres-beres barang ke mobil Mbak dan kita juga belum breakfast. Setelah selesai beres-beres, kita ke resto untuk breakfast. Dan. Pas disodorin menu breakfast, kita orderlah 1 nasi goreng, 1 mie goreng, 1 omlet. Eeqhh Mbak nya langsung bilang "maaf Bu, cuma dapet 2 untuk breakfast. Langsung shock lagi dong, Hah? Koq bisa? Jelas-jelas di aplikasi saya pilih 2 dewasa dan 1 anak. Dan ditulis kalo anak tidak dikenakan biaya tambahan. Mbaknya tetap kekeh cuma dapet 2 untuk breakfast. Dan dia tanya ke mbak-mbak di reseptionist, jawabannya " dapet 2, masa nulisnya 2 dewasa 1 anak?". Karena saya dengar tuh mbak-mbak ngomong gitu, saya samperinlah tuh mbak-mbak dan saya kasih liat. Mbaknya dengan muka ga' enak langsung bilang "bentar ya Bu, saya tanya dulu. Saya dan suami udah emosi, tp yasudahla ya. Sabar aja. Akhirnya setelah menunggu, mbaknya bilang "iya Bu, dapet untuk 2 dewasa dan 1 anak-anak. Setelah saya order dan makanannya datang, lagi-lagi shock karena porsinya sedikit banget. Memang sih breakfast. Tp saya bandingkan dengan hotel yang ada di ubud yang sebelumnya saya tempatin. Hotel ini lokasinya masuk ke dalam dan jalannya jelek banget. O iya, dimintain deposit 100ribu juga. Agak aneh sih dimintain deposit. Sekian cerita pengalaman menginap di sini. Next lebih diperhatikan lagi servicenya dan petugas-petugasnya diberi pelatihan tentang service excellence. Perbaiki lagi fasilitasnya.

Jalannya sempit sekali dan mobil susah masuk pas check-in kalau bawa anak sendiri 8 tahuh di charge 1 orang tambahan uang setelah di charge tidak di kasih extra bed selama di bali hanya ini hotel yang bawa anak di charge parah tidak recommend lah pokoknya.

I am writing an honest review hopefully the management can learn something from it. The place has potential. But it seems the management does not understand what comfort means. The hotel is situated in the center of a rice field, not a walking distance to the center of road/shops. The path leading there is quite long and unpaved. You should get a motorcycle as quickly as possible. Since we did not have motorbike, it was very bothersome to go out. We decided to have dinner here, it is very overpriced. The place is beautiful, scenic with rice field in the center. We booked an ethnic vila overlooking the rice field with a spa pool, however we were shown another vila in a corner which is quite dark and scary. We said that this is not the room we ordered, and after some time we were finally given our room. At this point I felt rather odd. When we entered our room (ethnic) something just feel wrong. It seems like they have not cleaned it properly. Our wooden “villa” has gecko dung scattered on the floor (geckos must have lived on the high rising roof without ceiling) the spa pool which we were looking forward too was also stained with gecko dung. There is a gap on the bottom of the wooden door which cannot be closed and Im pretty sure all kind of insects can crawl in at night. At one point of time in the night a centipede was in our bathroom. Our television is off centered so from the bed one of the bed pole is blocking the view. What I find very excruciating is that the whole room is very dimly lit. There is no central lighting which makes the atmosphere very heavy and made both me and my wife very anxious thus we couldn't sleep. When we had dinner the whole hotel was also very dark. During our stay there there was a blackout for 3 hours at night. With the AC off, we could hear all kind of bugs and mouse sounds. Why is there no back up generator for an expensive hotel such as this? Our room cost Rp1,400,000. In the morning breakfast was okay, the bread was good. Staying here felt like a horror movie. During the day, everything is bright and beautiful. When night falls, it was horrifying (mostly due to lack of lighting). Initially we booked 2 nights. After the first night we escaped out of this place (of course they didn't give us refund). The whole vibe is just creepy. In addition, people pay good money to your hotel and they expect that much. I feel it was totally not worth the price.

Tempatnya dan kamarnya bagus banget. Konsep hotelnya keren. 1 villa isi 3 bedroom plus pool private terus viewnya padi padian. Ingin kurang akses menuju hotelnya, kita datangnya malam, agak kaget waktu tahu aksesnya masuk gang, lewatin jalan persawahan dan kali kecil. Untuk lokasi sebenarnya cukup centre. Ingun akses masuknya saja yang harus dibenahi. So far menyenangkan sekali menginap dj menzel Ubud.

I was stayed in menzel ubud for 4d3n as a honeymoon couple. it was beautiful and peaceful villa. 2nd day I had issue with tokek (lizard) inside my room however there are 2 guys came and help us (very appreciate). Unfortunately even though I have mentioned when I made a booking as a honeymoon couple but there is nothing special arrangement in the room. or just because I have made a booking to the third party so there's no arrangement for honeymoon? but so far was good. Thank you.

Tau hotel ini sebenernya dari kk ipar yang kenal dengan owner nya. Sebenarnya ga' nyangka aja sih fasilitasnya gini. Ini type kamar deluxe katanya. Posisi kamar di atas dan harus naik tangga. Sebenernya worry juga karena bawa balita. Katanya deluxe yang di bawah udah full. Pas masuk kamar sedikit shock karena sebelumnya nginap di hotel yang harganya sama tp fasilitas bintang 4. Trus waktu suami bilang "ini ga' ada tv?". Saya langsung shock!. Pas ke bawah tanya ke reseptionist, jawabannya bikin kaget, "iya Bu, ga' ada tv karena pandemic jadi nya tv semua rusak, jadinya kita ga' pake tv, hanya ada 2 type kamar aja yang pake tv. Sebenarnya kalo difikir-difikir, ga' ada hubungannya sih, hotel lain juga kena dampak pandemic, tp ga' ada tuh mereka menghilangkan fasilitas layaknya sebuah hotel. Singkat cerita, besok paginya pas kita mau check out, kebetulan kita masukin barang-barang dulu ke mobil, tp pas lagi mau ke mobil, mbak-mbak reseptionistnya bilang, "ibu. Ibu. Mau kemana? Udah check out belum? Mbaknya dengan muka panik seolah-seolah kita mau main pergi aja!. Ya kali Mbak!. Saya langsung bilang kita mau check out tp lagi beres-beres barang ke mobil Mbak dan kita juga belum breakfast. Setelah selesai beres-beres, kita ke resto untuk breakfast. Dan. Pas disodorin menu breakfast, kita orderlah 1 nasi goreng, 1 mie goreng, 1 omlet. Eeqhh Mbak nya langsung bilang "maaf Bu, cuma dapet 2 untuk breakfast. Langsung shock lagi dong, Hah? Koq bisa? Jelas-jelas di aplikasi saya pilih 2 dewasa dan 1 anak. Dan ditulis kalo anak tidak dikenakan biaya tambahan. Mbaknya tetap kekeh cuma dapet 2 untuk breakfast. Dan dia tanya ke mbak-mbak di reseptionist, jawabannya " dapet 2, masa nulisnya 2 dewasa 1 anak?". Karena saya dengar tuh mbak-mbak ngomong gitu, saya samperinlah tuh mbak-mbak dan saya kasih liat. Mbaknya dengan muka ga' enak langsung bilang "bentar ya Bu, saya tanya dulu. Saya dan suami udah emosi, tp yasudahla ya. Sabar aja. Akhirnya setelah menunggu, mbaknya bilang "iya Bu, dapet untuk 2 dewasa dan 1 anak-anak. Setelah saya order dan makanannya datang, lagi-lagi shock karena porsinya sedikit banget. Memang sih breakfast. Tp saya bandingkan dengan hotel yang ada di ubud yang sebelumnya saya tempatin. Hotel ini lokasinya masuk ke dalam dan jalannya jelek banget. O iya, dimintain deposit 100ribu juga. Agak aneh sih dimintain deposit. Sekian cerita pengalaman menginap di sini. Next lebih diperhatikan lagi servicenya dan petugas-petugasnya diberi pelatihan tentang service excellence. Perbaiki lagi fasilitasnya.

Jalannya sempit sekali dan mobil susah masuk pas check-in kalau bawa anak sendiri 8 tahuh di charge 1 orang tambahan uang setelah di charge tidak di kasih extra bed selama di bali hanya ini hotel yang bawa anak di charge parah tidak recommend lah pokoknya.

I am writing an honest review hopefully the management can learn something from it. The place has potential. But it seems the management does not understand what comfort means. The hotel is situated in the center of a rice field, not a walking distance to the center of road/shops. The path leading there is quite long and unpaved. You should get a motorcycle as quickly as possible. Since we did not have motorbike, it was very bothersome to go out. We decided to have dinner here, it is very overpriced. The place is beautiful, scenic with rice field in the center. We booked an ethnic vila overlooking the rice field with a spa pool, however we were shown another vila in a corner which is quite dark and scary. We said that this is not the room we ordered, and after some time we were finally given our room. At this point I felt rather odd. When we entered our room (ethnic) something just feel wrong. It seems like they have not cleaned it properly. Our wooden “villa” has gecko dung scattered on the floor (geckos must have lived on the high rising roof without ceiling) the spa pool which we were looking forward too was also stained with gecko dung. There is a gap on the bottom of the wooden door which cannot be closed and Im pretty sure all kind of insects can crawl in at night. At one point of time in the night a centipede was in our bathroom. Our television is off centered so from the bed one of the bed pole is blocking the view. What I find very excruciating is that the whole room is very dimly lit. There is no central lighting which makes the atmosphere very heavy and made both me and my wife very anxious thus we couldn't sleep. When we had dinner the whole hotel was also very dark. During our stay there there was a blackout for 3 hours at night. With the AC off, we could hear all kind of bugs and mouse sounds. Why is there no back up generator for an expensive hotel such as this? Our room cost Rp1,400,000. In the morning breakfast was okay, the bread was good. Staying here felt like a horror movie. During the day, everything is bright and beautiful. When night falls, it was horrifying (mostly due to lack of lighting). Initially we booked 2 nights. After the first night we escaped out of this place (of course they didn't give us refund). The whole vibe is just creepy. In addition, people pay good money to your hotel and they expect that much. I feel it was totally not worth the price.

Tempatnya dan kamarnya bagus banget. Konsep hotelnya keren. 1 villa isi 3 bedroom plus pool private terus viewnya padi padian. Ingin kurang akses menuju hotelnya, kita datangnya malam, agak kaget waktu tahu aksesnya masuk gang, lewatin jalan persawahan dan kali kecil. Untuk lokasi sebenarnya cukup centre. Ingun akses masuknya saja yang harus dibenahi. So far menyenangkan sekali menginap dj menzel Ubud.

I was stayed in menzel ubud for 4d3n as a honeymoon couple. it was beautiful and peaceful villa. 2nd day I had issue with tokek (lizard) inside my room however there are 2 guys came and help us (very appreciate). Unfortunately even though I have mentioned when I made a booking as a honeymoon couple but there is nothing special arrangement in the room. or just because I have made a booking to the third party so there's no arrangement for honeymoon? but so far was good. Thank you.
