泳池房和照片一模一样，甚至更好。我们在这里住了三个晚上（泳池房带连通门），作为儿子的生日礼物。他们非常喜欢，每天都会游两次！他们喜欢泳池、浴缸，床也超级舒服，沙滩，甚至毛巾上还飘着香兰叶的香味。真是太舒服了！我们拿到了酒店周边免费全家福的优惠券，拍得真漂亮！摄影师很会照顾孩子，也很有礼貌。食物很美味，但大多数菜单都偏向“融合”风格。海滩上有一些当地人出售巴厘岛纱笼、贝壳碗、手镯和银器，数量不少，价格也实惠。最棒的是，你可以随时通过二维码付款。我的孩子们说这是他们最好的生日礼物！所以一点也不后悔！

Excellent environment!! hotel beach was great and quiet!! however!! hotel service was really bad, especially front desk/ reception, hotel bellboy was lazy and lousy!! Sound insulation was terrible, easily overheard the conversation next room or outside!!!

The hotel is very nice and we felt relaxing for stay in the hotel. We booked the pool access room, and we can swim to the main pool from the room balcony. The breakfast is very delicious with various varieties. But the location not very convenience, no convenience store and restaurant nearby. And the minor issue was they provided the number of towel are not the same every day, eg. 2 large 2 medium size, 2 large 1 medium size...etc. The last day was 1 large 2 medium and 2 small size.

Very good hotel, nice room and spacial, lots of choice of food with good quality at breakfast makes me really relax and enjoy.
However, the efficiency of reception is slow and the expresso coffee of room mini bar is not free of charge. Also, they remind you to check out at 10:45hr.

但房間保養差, 淋浴房居然出現嚴重滲漏情況, 通知酒店後, 酒店只派人來做應急操施
另外洗手間鏡子的牆角亦有滲漏, 不過已到最後1晚才發現,就沒有即時通知酒店, 只在check-out時通知
除此外
淋浴房有天花淋浴或使用普通的花灑, 但普通的花灑出來的水有硫磺味, 原因不明
check-out 當日連空調也失靈
check-out時通知職員, 都有即時跟進, 希望今次係個別事件
