Desde a chegada o atendimento da recepcionista Ana Maria foi impecável! As senhoras do café da manhã são muito amáveis, assim como a responsável pela limpeza diária do quarto. Todos da recepção são atenciosos. A Localização do hotel é ótima, perto de lojas e supermercados, 30 minutos de caminhada da Duomo pela Corso Buenos Aires! Recomendo muito! Único ponto negativo, box do banheiro pequeno… complicado para uma pessoa grande.

飯店房間極小，跟香港中環的飯店大小差不多，連打開攤平一個大行李箱都有困難；位置離米蘭中央車站步行需要10-15分鐘。 除非你是商務客，不然極度不推薦入住這間飯店。

The location of this hotel is nearby metro and a bit far from train station. A lot of shops and restaurants are around which are good for shopping and dining. It provided free coffee and hot water in lobby for guests. But the bathroom is too small for a fat guy having shower.

trendy on the front desk and helpful staff. However, the hotel is in partly renovation. I lived in the old style room that the design is traditional and not as comfortable as the renovated ones. Recommend to choose the renovated rooms and ask front staff to provide a room which is far away from the rooms that are undergoing renovation.

酒店整体干净敞亮，还是比较值这个价格。浴室很干净。交通还算方便，不过从火车站出来要做地铁。特别提醒亚洲游客，在出火车站后，如要购买地铁票，尽量去人工处买。在自动售票机购票时，会有人跟在你后面准备抢你的找零或者票，要不就是佯装好心人帮你选择，然后讹诈你消费。一定要谨慎！

La douche était décidément trop petite et ce même dans d'autres chambres. Ça doit être limite trop petit pour des personnes plus fortes. Le personnel était à l'écoute, et on a eu la chance de rencontrer un monsieur plus âgé qui nous a parlé de voyage, nous a fait la pub pour les hotel accord, marrakech etc. Le professionnalisme le sourire en plus par rapport à l'acceuil efficace mais trop distant.
