Some young girls at the front desk did not seem to understand privacy and discretion. I asked the women at the front desk not to announce my room number loudly as there was a large male sitting in the lobby chair listening to all transactions at the front desk. They must have been there for free internet however, as a solo female traveler, I like to keep my room number private. The girl failed to understand and announced loudly you will be in Room ....despite my request to not announce it. Second of all, the first floor room curtains do not close all the way. The window glass has a dark tint so when you look outside, it seems like the weather is gloomy when it's actually bright outside.

first gave me a room with broken toilet and when I asked to be changed the staff at the front seat claimed she didn’t know the situation. And later on gave me a room on ground floor ( for wheelchair users) which I later on realized it’s cheaper than the room type I originally booked. No cup, toiletries or trashbin in the room. Do not recommend staying here .

飯店的空調不知道為什麼完全不能調整，所以整個房間都很熱
我同意大部分的評論，這個飯店不知道是誰設計的，除了廁所之外完全沒有提供垃圾桶，浴室的淋浴空間裡面沒有遮擋，所以所有的水都會噴到外面
整個空間很乾燥，我不知道飯店是不是把空調弄成除濕了，我整個晚上口渴到不行，每兩個小時就要起來上一次廁所跟喝水，整體來說睡得很不好
飯店有點過於環保了，總共只有提供廁所的衛生紙，房間內找不到其他的衛生紙，沐浴乳跟洗髮精都是同一瓶，而且只給兩小瓶，如果是長髮的話可能不太夠用

Like many other reviews previously, I found that this hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but the overall quality feels closer to a 2-star hotel. The only good thing is location.
The bathroom design is particularly poor and impractical. After showering, water floods the entire bathroom area. The bathroom lighting is controlled by a motion sensor, which can be very dangerous. During a shower, the lights had switched off automatically because the sensor mainly detects movement near the sink area rather than in the shower. This creates a safety risk, especially on a wet and slippery bathroom floor. Soundproofing is also poor, as noise from outside and neighboring rooms can be easily heard.
Shockingly, complimentary bottled drinking water was not provided, which is something I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. Overall, the facilities and service did not meet the standard of a 4-star property, yet guests are still required to pay the corresponding city tax based on the 4-star rate. The experience was disappointing and did not offer good value for the price paid.

O Hotel é bem localizado, perto da estação de trem e com restaurantes ao redor. Parece que foi reformado a pouco tempo, mas não merece a classificação de 4 estrelas. Achei a decoração muito dark e deprimente, o quarto mais barato é muito pequeno e claustrofóbico, tive que pagar e ficar mudar para o maior, as metragens que constam no site, não correspondem a realidade. O staff do Hotel foi muito atencioso.

Accueil assez froid le personnel ne parlait pas un mot de français donc il n'est pas polyglotte contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. De plus pas de possibilités de se servir soi même le café dans la salle des petits déjeuners, pas de jus d'orange pressé non plus. Enfin bureau étroit et peu fonctionnel dans la chambre. Aucune décoration ce qui est en phase avec l'ambiance générale. Ce sont des détails mais pour un quatre étoile c'est décevant.

A água para banho não tem temperatura constante. Esfria e esquenta durante todo o banho. Sem box, vc se divide entre aumentar/diminuir a temperatura oscilante e cuidar para a água não invadir o seu quarto. Bastante desconfortável.
Desligaram a luz do nosso quarto as 9h da manhã com hospedagem paga sob alegação de fim do horário de hospedagem, sendo que o check-out está marcado para o meio-dia. Em resumo, querem botar o cliente estrangeiro para a rua rápido. O hotel é bonito, mas com falta de boas comodidades e bom atendimento, pára por aí.
