設備，服務，房間 只能用烏煙瘴氣糟糕透頂 完全不可能是四星 一個商務飯店竟然隨便標自己為四星 除了地點 一無是處

飯店的空調不知道為什麼完全不能調整，所以整個房間都很熱 我同意大部分的評論，這個飯店不知道是誰設計的，除了廁所之外完全沒有提供垃圾桶，浴室的淋浴空間裡面沒有遮擋，所以所有的水都會噴到外面 整個空間很乾燥，我不知道飯店是不是把空調弄成除濕了，我整個晚上口渴到不行，每兩個小時就要起來上一次廁所跟喝水，整體來說睡得很不好 飯店有點過於環保了，總共只有提供廁所的衛生紙，房間內找不到其他的衛生紙，沐浴乳跟洗髮精都是同一瓶，而且只給兩小瓶，如果是長髮的話可能不太夠用

It is disappointed that no kettle, slippers, and water provided. Anyway, it is clean and good location.

This property is located right across from the Metro/ train station. It makes it very convenient to travel through the city. The space was average and the room was ok. I definitely did not like the shower situation, the shower door was placed backwards and made the water spill out, causing the floor to get drenched and I had to mop it up. Either than that it’s ok for the time I was I the room.

Schade das man mit dem Personal zuerst diskutieren muss damit man einen zweiten schlüssel erhält. Für ein 4 stern hotel sollte das selbstverständlich sein. Zimmer waren ok, leider etwas ringhörig. Das zimmer an sich war toll. Im badezimmer könnte es etwas sauberer sein, wir haben fremdeshaar vorgefunden in der dusche, daher 1 stern abzug. Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, da haben wir besseres bekommen in mailand.

セントラル駅から徒歩数分の距離で近くに飲食店も多く立地はとても良かったです。観光地へのアクセスはトラムや地下鉄等を使うと良いと思います。 スタッフは親切でとても綺麗なホテルでした。 また利用したいです。

I must start saying that this is not a 4 stars hotel! Conveniences and amenities expected for 4 stars hotels are not offered here. Bed is ok, but bad pillows. Staff is not great. Breakfast experience was not good to say the least. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the same area and this was the most underwhelming for sure.

Habitación limpia y personal amable

O hotel deixa a desejar por ser considerado 4 estrelas, não recomendo pelo valor cobrado. Quarto sujo, banheiro na estava limpo. Não há nenhuma comodidade como em outros hotéis semelhantes.

Os funcionários são super cordiais. Destaco a recepcionista Irene pela empatia e simpatia, mas foram todos excelentes.

The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk to Milano Centrale train and subway station. The hotel has good wi-fi and the cable tv in the room has a variety of Western European channels (not many in English, but Italian, German and French were wildly found). The hotel itself does have a 25euro breakfast option, but directly across the street was a terrific cafe that I went to most mornings for a great cappuccino and pastry or sandwich. Just down the block there were 2 Italian restaurants that were open till Midnight and 1 am respectively. The hotel was VERY CONCERNED when I would walk out for late night eating about casual petty theft. I made sure to keep paying attention certainly. At the same time, the subways make those same announcements throughout your journey. The police during the Olympics apparently made a lot more sweeps to try and clean up that area around Centrale. I live in a big city, so certainly I am aware that I need to be cognizant of my surroundings. The property at night would lock the front doors and then when you came back (like between 2am onward, they would have you show your room key and they would open it up - they were on it). I never had any issues when I was there, but just thought to mention this.

Got a really great price. Only a few minutes walk from Milano Central station so really well located to get around.
