整體很滿意。
只是房間洗澡位置於戶外，冬天去是真的很冷，建議到大浴場洗澡會比較好。
3個私人風呂去了2個，感覺是不錯的喇，晚上浸着看着天空中的星星很寫意。
一泊兩食的食物質素都很好。因為住了2天都訂了一泊兩食，剛好試了他們兩款的晚餐。他們的安排也很好～早餐不會重複、晚餐的甜品也沒有重複，這真的很細心。另外，是次是結婚周年慶祝，我們也先跟酒店聯絡有否可外購的慶祝服務，我們訂了晚餐時甜品dessert plate。他們還附送我們心意卡及小禮物，真的很驚喜。
當然不少得，不同時段的小食、宵夜拉麵等等都讓我們很滿意。
重點很近強羅車站，走過去只是1-2分鐘。

飯店溫泉體驗還行， 房間也可以。 但是訂房的時候沒有提供晚餐的選擇。我聯絡飯店詢問關於訂購晚餐也沒有回我， 特別提早去飯店， 但是 到了飯店發現沒辦法加購晚餐 附近連Lowson 都沒有。 餐廳都關了耶。 我們就餓肚子一個晚上。等待到了10點多才有飯店提供的熱麵。 一個餓肚子的溫泉體驗。

- Shower is completely outdoor, it's freezing to take shower in winter time

The stay is fine
However, when I check out , the staff claimed that I haven’t paid for the stay and asked me to settle the payment
After clarifying the whole issue, it was discovered that it was the problem of Expedia, therefore, I was very disappointed with the reservation experience because the hotel said that my booking had been cancelled and rebooked again by the Expedia.
Moreover, one of the staff there was not helpful.

離強羅站只有一分鐘之內路程，非常之方便。館內環境有日式亭園風味，適合拍照留念。而且館內有浴衣可以免費借用，也能穿到街上拍照留念。
可是温泉日久失修，感覺殘舊，檜木腐爛變形，而且滑潺潺。
房間被分配到全館最遠的地方，而且size 比較其他房間少，有點失望。(價錢相近，只是由hotel.com book)
晚餐早餐豐富，而且味道很好。員工友善，服務態度良好。
