Very helpful and professional.

Just happy

I have stayed in this hotel for a few times. This time we chose to stay at executive suite because of its larger size. But I found out that the toilet is smaller than the one of the Suite room type which is less expensive. The sofa is far too big. And the room is located at low floor with horrible views. I am kind of disappointed.

Quality going down and not worth to the cost

Generally good, location is some distance from Shinjuku, but walkable. Basement can walk to Metro stations, which is good. Room is clean and housekeeping provide good service. Staff are nice and professional and helpful and fast. Food quality is good. Overall, a nice hotel to stay.

Staff provides the best service, but the facilities getting old.

A little bit aging in facilities, staff provides the moderate pretty service and immediated support. Enjoy the stay in Hilton hotel, thanks.

除了可直接通往地鐵外，其他 沒有感受到五星級酒店 應該的 水準。 房間有整理等於沒整理。 早餐看起來有很多選項，其實 沒有選項， 早餐時段 一直都很吵雜，服務人員的素質也不高且不ㄧ致。第一天 問你要咖啡嗎？ 回答後 30分鐘都沒有咖啡。 第二天，不問要不要咖啡。 一共住了４晚。 最後一天早上終於 有一個服務員 詢問後 可以確實將東西送達。

Gym room is rather small and not enough equipments

餐廳有點不便民，煎蛋師傅也應了解簡單中文，荷包蛋或材料聽不懂，台灣人在希爾頓住宿也不少。

交通變成方便了

space is OK! But not as good as a 5-star hotel should be!

酒店有免費巴士來往新宿車站十分方便，其他設施都不錯。每次來東京都會住這裡，

裝修很舊了，床太硬不好睡

整體令人滿意，酒店地點交通非常方便，鄰近地鐵，亦有免費穿梭巴士往返原宿地鐵站。酒店房間寬敞整潔，舒適，值得推薦。

The room size is ok. The bathroom is a bit small. The location is a bit far away from Shinjuku JR station but there is free shutte bus service. The only problem is there isn't free wifi in the living room. As a 4 Stars hotel, it should be a standard to offer free wifi service for customers. Hoping that the hotel can improve for this.
