As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- We will not receive any passengers who are issued pink wristbands with strict quarantine orders prior to check-in at reception.
- For safety purpose, passengers with range of symptoms reported on mild symptoms to severe illness, ie: fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing and fatigue will not be allowed to check-in to the hotel.
- Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival. Please contact hotel at rsvn.mal@plaza-network.com for your flight details.

Staying in the airport mall is very convenient, with many restaurants and great shopping options. The accommodations are clean, and the staff is polite. However, the downsides are that we only received one room key for a double room, the room lighting is a bit dim, and the biggest issue is poor sound insulation; we could hear noise from the floor above.

Very very clean and comfortable especially after a tiring flight before and after. The bed is so comfy, pillows has a special healing smell.
However, I think it is quite costly with a 6 hours short stay. I think the minimum stay of 8 hours is more reasonable.

這次挺令我自己傻眼！因為沒看清楚網站的說明竟然訂到6小時的休息而已！搞得累的半死還睡的很緊張！環境可以就是過境旅館，但就在機場內，很方便！隔音很差，外面的聲音一清二楚！而且很不便宜6個小時要2300多台幣！但12小時只要2500元⋯⋯⋯傻眼啊！建議要訂的旅客一定要看清楚，否則就會跟我們一樣晚上11:30才能check in睡到5:30⋯⋯⋯
