I had an amazing 5-night stay at the hotel. I just wanted to highlight one thing that stood out to me the most. There is this young lady that works at the 22nd-floor restaurant. I think I noticed the name tag says Michelle. She helped me a lot, giving me ideas where to go and what to see, as this was my first time in Kuching. On top of that, she was very friendly and spent time having a short conversation with me every time I had my daily afternoon tea break. Big kudos to Michelle (I hope I get the name right) and the entire Pullman Kuching crew. I know I'm gonna be back to Kuching sometime next year as there are so many things I haven't explored and will definitely stay in Pullman again.

This is the newest 5 stars hotel in Kuching ! I stayed for 3 nights but I was not satisfied because the breakfast restaurant were full of flies ,DIRTY ( they don't have any door within this restaurant) I was very shocked to enjoy breakfast with so many flies.....~__~.....And lobby and sofa area were many flies , too ! So dirty ! The most terrible thing is they allowed guests to smoking in the cafe bar in the lobby area ! So the hotel lobby were full of cigarette smoke , very uncomfortable for non smoking guests! Anyway, I won't stay here in the future , this is not a qualified 5 stars hotel ! 早餐餐廳有很多蒼蠅, 大廳的cafe car還可以讓客人抽菸搞得烏煙瘴氣的, 我不可能再住這裡了 !!!
