Staff of the hotel are accommodating and nice. You'll feel welcomed there, the surrounding is amazing. The entrance of a mall is near the lobby area. High emphasis that the overall experience is family friendly. Will come again!

Wonderful stay at St. Giles Southkey. The shopping mall is just downstairs, full of restaurants, shopping outlets, hair salons, and everything you need. The city center can be easily accessed to KSL City Square and Mount Austin easily by Grab within 15 min during non-peak hours. Happy with my stay.

Cannot even get into for breakfast. The crowd was until the elevator. We left our luggage with the concierge , when we collect , the queue was also unbelievable . Better avoid the any holiday period.

In general, hotels and infrastructures in Malaysia lacks of proper maintenance, this hotel considers quite ok as compared with other hotels, still clean and tidy. Hotel breakfast is below average but it’s free.

Most of the hotels in Malaysia are not maintained well, so must stay in those good quality one then minus off 20-30% of your expectations, e.g. the hotel start is 4 stars (it’s just 3 stars according other countries standard.

Firstly, breakfast is not Free. Shown Improvements of the food. I registered 12noon with the Front desk and I need to be back at 3pm for my room. At 3pm there is a long queue, I felt St.Giles should have system to inform Guests thru whatapps or Signboard when room are ready instead everyone check with the concierge.
