No dishes glasses coffee cups. No tea coffee sugar etc even though google says there was. Frig wasnt working only yo find out wasnt plugged in. No wifi in unit or just outside. No face face clothes or hand towels. Staff were great

El personal fue súper grosero en realidad el único hombre que se encontraba ahí me parece el gerente … estuvimos 3 horas esperando una habitación y al final no la dio diciendo que teníamos que pagar más si queríamos algo como lo que pedimos y que no tenía convenio con hoteles

El internet del 3 piso nunca funcionó, mi reserva no aparecía y me hicieron esperar y de mala gana, no había jabón de baño, solo dejaron dos toallas, rente habitación con jacuzzi y es solo una tina, el sistema de hidromasaje no sirve

We paid for an upgraded room and was not given the room we paid for or any money refunded. It was advertised that there was 3 pools and hot tub on site. That was not correct. There was no hot tub. It was advertised that there was airport shuttle included and that also was lies. You have to pay for a taxi. Which is 850 pesos.

La cama era matrimonial no queen como anuncian , es pequeña nosotros somos delgadas pero para una persona gordita no sería cómodo , también no incluye el desayuno eso es aparte la comida muy rica por cierto , las albercas estaban bien limpias solo el agua helada , el baño olía feo no tiene buena ventilación , no cuentan con elevador así que si tienen dificultad para subir escaleras reconsiderarlo

La habitación que nos tocó era chica para 4 personas. Otra cosa es que solicitamos toallas y ya no había limpias nos comentaron que debíamos esperar más de una hora para a ver si nos podían entregar alguna. Y que cerraron el restaurante a las 3 pm del domingo. Por inventario
