Great location with a friendly staff. The location is convenient two minutes walk to a train station and bus stop. Food and cafes are within walking distance.

We arrived at the hotel and were given a room with no air con and no way of opening the window. We were told that the hotel does not provide air con and it is on its winter setting despite us visiting in April and it being above 20 outside. If you want air con don’t expect it despite them advertising the hotel as having it. Eventually, after complaining, we were upgraded to a room where you could open a window which we were satisfied with. The cleaning was quite poor, we were left with no soap for 2 out of our 4 day stay. The toilet situation in the room was not hygienic, there was no basin in the separate toilet to wash your hands. We thought that the room was very dated for the price we paid. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. At times, it lacked variety.

The property was generally clean. However if you get, as they put it a 'basic' room, it does not come with the basic items you would expect or are complimentary at other hotels such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. Generally the staff was friendly and helpful although some left much to be desired.

The room did not have body lotion or conditioner, we found it strange and expected these items to be part of any hotel room. When we asked we were told we were told that it did not include those items as our room was a category basic. My recommendation at the minimum they should have a 30ml bottle of these items in each room.

Staff are excellent, very helpful, welcoming and professional. The rooms are big with a great view of the sea and harbour but slightly dated. The pool and restaurant and other areas are very modern & nice. Overall would highly recommend this hotel

Overall great stay. Travelling alone, someone knocked at my door 8:30am, peeked out the hole and saw a guy and older man trying to listen in my door? May have been innocent but started my stay a bit uneasy. Nothing happened again and thankful.

The worst Novotel I've ever stayed in. Standards are clearly lower than what I have expected of Novotel from past experiences. Never again

Very good location, nearby all places of interest. The staff were courteous helpful and very professional.

I adored my stay at the Novotel. We got a suite with a view over the marina and it was bigger than we thought. To start, as soon as we arrived, a man (I didn't have his name), helped us with our luggage. Then, Gilles checked us in and was amazing: he told us everything about the amenities in the hotel. Remembering that we are in Monaco and that I am a nobody, I felt treated like a queen!!! The breakfast had a lot of variety so everyone could find their taste. The food tasted so good. No issue about cleanliness. Even at the bar and restaurant, hosts were kind. This hotel should be at minimum a 4 star-hotel and not 3 star. The sauna and Hammam were also good. The gym was small with maybe only 7-8 equipments but it was fine. My sister and I managed to use them with no problem. I cannot recommend this hotel more. I loved my experience and for the price, it would be my spot whenever I go on vacation to Monaco.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were charming, polite, helpful. The food was excellent. The hotel is very well situated for the train station (5 minute walk) and buses to key locations

Tres bon accueil. Tres sympathique. On a ete changé de chambre coté jardins plutot que coté route sans supplément. Chambre prête à notre arrivée. Petit bonus : les joueurs de l'ASM séjournaient ici avant leur match victorieux contre Angers. Au top

Very cool hotel in Monaco recommended very friendly staf starting from the beginning since you arrive the hotel they park your car

Wonder property, however pictures of terrace suite misleading.. you could potentially have a small deck off the living room, and obscuring thick glass windows from the bedroom. I did call reception who confirmed this was correct.
