Some concierges are quite rude, some are nice. Not consistent quality of service. Equipments and facilities are quite modern

The breakfast is good,especially fresh made Benedicts egg.Suana room and the bathtube is really relaxing,too.But need to complain the cleaness of the room ,the wooden plate put brochure stick a fries on it,it really groose.the bottles put on the minibar has dust on it make it looks like the room havent been lived for a long time!

The room was well maintained, and complimentary bottled water was provided daily, which was appreciated. Upon our arrival, the Reception staff demonstrated professionalism by offering valuable recommendations for activities and sightseeing during our stay. Weekend breakfasts experienced high demand, occasionally leading to limited food availability; therefore, it is advisable to arrive early to ensure a full selection. The restaurant team, particularly Stefanos, exhibited exceptional diligence and consistently provided service with a positive attitude, readily accommodating any requests.

Die Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung. Aber das ist auch das Einzige. Service und Personal sind völlig überfordert mit allem und wirken unprofessionell. Wir wurden mehrfach auf das falsche Zimmer gebucht in dem sich bereits andere Gäste befanden. Wir haben uns nicht sicher gefühlt. Ebenso wurde unser Zimmer während wir nicht im Hotel waren betreten und einfach mit einem Zustellbett bestückt, welches wir nicht angefragt hatten. Im Bad hinterließ man die Toilette geöffnet. Das war wirklich der absolute Wahnsinn an Unvermögen. Desweiteren wurden uns nicht nachvollziehbare Kosten einfach von der Kreditkarte abgebucht ohne eine Rechnung zu erhalten oder überhaupt nachvollziehen zu können, wie diese entstanden sind. Frühstücksbereich ist völlig überlaufen und Massenabfertigung ohne vernünftigen Service. Die Auswahl ist recht überschaubar. Alles in allem kann man bei diesem Hotel absolut nicht von einem 5 Sterne Format sprechen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und sind sogar früher abgereist.

Breakfast was fresh and had lots of different tasty options. And the chef made every morning memorable, very enthusiastic man. Loved the atmosphere

Fina rum, rymligt badrum med stort bubbelbadkar och liten bastu. Vacker utsikt över hamnen. Mycket bra frukost!

Nice staff. Weird room layout. Couldn’t turn light off (maintenance came to see and agreed, but did nothing). Great views. Very close to team and metro. Very clean. Sauna and steam room nice. Bathrobes are lush!

Had iets meer verwacht van een accommodatie die €270 per nacht kost. Ik las in een interview (AD) dat het hotel compleet was vernieuwd. Maar die indruk wekte het gebouw niet. Toen we onze kamer binnenkwamen dachten we beide dat hierin was gerookt; de badkuip was geel aangeslagen; de kamer is de tweede dag niet opgemaakt (terwijl we het lampje met dat verzoek tussen 10.00-15.30 uur en vanaf 16.30 uur aan hadden staan); ontbijt was prima maar niet verbluffend. Positieve punten zijn het geweldige bed, alles was schoon en het pand is geluidsdicht. Al met al een prima hotel, maar gezien de prijs en verwachtingen minder dan gehoopt.

The staff was courteous. The hotel was clean. I appreciate a shower that's spotless. The location is perfect. My next visit to Rotterdam I'm definitely staying at the Haven Hilton Curio

Das Zimmer war mit seiner Aussicht auf der Aussicht auf den Hafen und der Sauna makellos.

This was the highlight of our 4 day trip in Netherlands. Had a great view from our room of the Erasmus bridge. The service from the lady at reception (Tess) was excellent and made our experience special. Can't wait to go and stay at the Haven Hotel again!
