Only niggle was the only accessing your floor. There was a large group of us spread across different floors. Access was frustrating around this. Other than that fantastic hotel!

It was unbelievable and completely completely perfect. The two things that stood out were the front desk staff — Amondi was a dream come true with a heart of gold and moved mountains to assist us. And also the breakfast. OH MY GOSH ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR. Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, in a restaurant, in my house, on a cruise ship — ANYWHERE. Pure perfection and worth every penny. I am now loyal to this hotel brand.

Déçue de notre expérience dans cet hôtel. Nous avons réservé après avoir vu de belles vidéos sur les réseaux sociaux. Nous avons payé un supplément pour avoir une vue sur le pont mais nous ne l’avons pas eu. La chambre n’est pas bien entretenue. Le mobilier est dégradé. Cela ne vaut pas le prix.

Schone kamer, heerlijk bed, Geweldig uitzicht, Grote badkamer maar met wel lekkende doucheaansluiting.
Hoewel het nog steeds een dikke voldoende is komen er wel wat slijtage dingen naar voren.
