Our room was spacious and clean and we had a nice view of the water and the city. The location was good, only 10 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal Station and easy walk to city centre and local pubs and restaurants. The staff were all very courteous and helpful especially Anastasia, Giorgia and Lorena at the front desk.

Restaurant staff were fantastically accommodating. They only offered buffet for breakfast but one of our companions were slightly under the weather and only wanted something simple. So they offered for us to grab a complimentary pastry and coffee for her. Very appreciative of their willingness to accommodate unprompted.

I absolutely loved my stay at Room Mate Aitana! The staff is super helpful and courteous and went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. My partner had his exam during our stay and they went out of the way to supply us Coffee pods and hot drinks to make sure his preparation stays on point. We had a lovely view from our window of the canals and overall the stay was very luxurious and the hotel was amazing.

Personel misafirlerle kesinlikle ilgilenmiyor.
Uçağım iptal edildiği için, bir gün geç geleceğimi e-posta ile bildirdim. Ayrıca otelin gönderdiği online check-in işlemini de önceden yaptım.
Buna rağmen, oğlumla birlikte otele geldiğimizde bana tek yataklı bir oda teklif ettiler. Oysa rezervasyonum iki ayrı yataklı bir oda içindi ve tek yatak benim için uygun değildi.
İki yataklı odanın ancak ertesi gün hazır olacağını, otelin dolu olduğunu söylediler.
Elbette bunu kabul etmedim, rezervasyonuma uygun odayı talep ettim ve sonunda bu odayı aldım.
Ancak bu kadar kaba ve ilgisiz bir tutumla uzun zamandır karşılaşmamıştım.

La habitación estaba bien pero muy oscura, no tiene luz en el techo. De noche era muy incómodo porque se estaba casi a oscuras.
El volumen de la Televisión estaba limitado (normal en hoteles), pero desde la cama no podía escuchar nada porque era muy bajo el volumen.
Pedi un sandwitch en el bar y pregunté si lo podía subir a mi habitación, me dijeron que sí, y al hacer el checkout me habían cobrado como 5 o 6 euros adicionales al precio del sandwtich por llevarlo a la habitación.
No pude pagar los gastos del checkout la noche anterior a mi salida ya que según ellos, la cuenta no se cerraba hasta e
