As expected, it is a hotel which could fulfill your basic needs of a stay. My room has been upgraded to a four people room with windows at 3rd floor and two more single beds, which is obviously too much but a more spacial environment. The room come with a coffee machine but without a kettle. For one person stay it's not the best but still a comfortable choice. One thing to improve is not not set two single beds as one queen bed...It's hard to sleep on the edges of two bed so I could only sleep on one side of the bed – a single bed...

This was a great hotel in a quieter area of Amsterdam, but within walking distance of the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, and Vondelpark. If we wanted to go further, the bus system was easy to use and the stop was close enough to walk to. A grocery store a few blocks away and a few restaurants made the location even more perfect for our family. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful during our stay and the room was comfortable for my family of five.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was made up very well on a daily basis. The location was perfect for us with an easy walk into town.

They were extremely kind to us. Due to an external situation, we arrived earlier than planned, and they helped us find a solution so we could get a room right away and rest. The room and amenities were also very clean and comfortable.

Room was clean but smelt very strongly of cannabis. Very noisy within the hotel during the entire night. Hotel staff very unhelpful and lacking any effort to make customers feel welcome and comfortable.

Quarto com cheiro forte de cigarro, chuveiro horroroso, água fica vazando para tudo que é lado, cama extremamente mole e o pior, um outro hóspede conseguir adentrar nosso quarto com a chave dele. Um tremendo absurdo.

Located in a quite part of Amsterdam. The rooms are ok for that price. Stayed there 4 nights and had fundamental issue with people smoking weed all night on the same floor. They say it is a smoke free hotel, but is it! The smell was spreading out all over the corridor and obviously to each of the rooms there. I think the hotel should do something about this, I did speak to reception about it during my check out, they apologised.

The room was clean, the bed and linens were very nice.
