酒店范围较大，有两个大泳池，服务员很有礼貌，每样都很好，唯一缺点系淋浴旁边的玻璃漏水，每次沐浴后都一滩水在地上，希望能改善。

We had a nice ocean/pool side view. Property was excellent.
Only downside to our stay was they had a power outage an the air conditioner was not working in the room. But overall an excellent place with many things to keep busy.

The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean(stayed in 3), the amenities were very good. The restaurant would be the only place i would say needs some attention, the food was not what i expexted and the juices in the breakfast buffet were watered down and not good.

This hotel was good for a good night sleep. You’re paying to sleep comfortably.
Comfortable bed and very good cold a/c
I would say noise at times, early in the morning and late at night as well. Could get annoying at times. The room we had which was a “Deluxe king with sea view” had an extra door by the side of bed that leads to the room next door. Most of noise came from that door.
Amenities were ok, having 2 pools is always good. Food was ok
The ladies at front desk had a rude attitude, with emotionless answers and not costumers friendly at all.

Clean rooms, front desk staff nice, only complaint when was giving the welcome drink the bartender didn’t want to make it he send me to another bar and then the other bartender send me back but then they did it and after that I didn’t have any issues

Na minha estadia problema com ar condicionado no quarto, fiquei aguardando solução do hotel e o mesmo não aconteceu. Quarto quente durante a noite pois se abrisse a janela pernilongos entravam no quarto. Muito decepcionado com a estadia se for isso que o. Hotel tem a oferecer.

Breakfast was good but when they know that 85% of people eat the last hour they should have more staff and stuff prepared so the could replace the empty plates quickly!
This hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars hotel !!!!
5 star hotel they ask the guest what they want to drink as hot beverage at the breakfast and they also offer to make like omelet or egg but they don’t ask and they don’t offer and people has to stand in the coffee machine cue for 20 mints to get a cup of coffee!!!! Which I find it ridiculous for 5 star hotel resort !
A 5 star hotel has staff around the swimming pool so if anyone wants to order a drink or food they can but here !!!!! You don’t see a single person and in case far away you see someone and ask them please can you bring me something they simply say oh yes I will call my colleague to come and get your order and then no one comes ever !
So you must simply go to the restaurant order + pay + bring with you to where you are !!!!
This is not how 5 star hotels should be !
When you order something to the room they charge 15 soles on top for bringing something.
At the reception they check you in soooo much hurry that you almost don’t understand what they say and how things works !
The pool has soooo much birds that come and go and the birds take bath in swimming pool and their feather is full in the water again no one is cleaning no one is around to do something that birds go away !
So water was discussing in my opinion .
