Overall amenities were excellent. Beach was a bit disappointing though — not sand but very small pebbles. Plus you can’t even swim. When we were there, there was also a big event with 500 people — loud music was playing in the early morning. People had access to the pool which somehow felt invasive to the checked-in guests. People were walking around and using the facilities and some were rowdy. Management should have allocated a special area for them so the privacy of the in-house guests could have been maintained.

Love dusit thani CEBU. I have to say that I loved everyone was very nice and attentive. Very organized and anticipated all our needs. 5 star and A+++++++ from check in to check out and everything in between. Will plan on another stay when i go back to Cebu Dusit Thani. ☆☆☆☆☆

The pool is excellent, just the weather is not sunny most of the days. The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins already. We once need to wait for taxi around 1 hour to come to hotel to pick us, which is such a new experience to us in a resort. There are lots of restaurant for you to enjoy in the hotel.

1. 入住前無法聯繫到飯店，電話無法打通，也沒回訊息 2. 入住後雖然有說將我們升等到較好的房間，但是房間的水流出來既然是黃的，晚上我們很疲憊的情況下又進來查看修理了40分鐘左右，隔天早上又發生一樣的狀況，到櫃檯詢問後才將我們換房間 3. 旅館內的消費極其昂貴，五星的飯店消費貴可以理解，但是給的食物也要有點價值，酒吧裡的炸魷魚一份要750P，份量大概是鹹酥雞攤一份小份的炸魷魚這樣而已，沒什麼特殊的料理方式，用的還是冷凍的 4. 退房當日竟然在早上10點就來按門鈴說要看迷你吧的使用情況，真是聞所未聞，如果客人還在休息呢？不就打擾到了？ 一個五星的飯店可以這樣，真是浪費了員工的熱情以及服務！！

1. Overall view is good, ocean view, relax, the pools. However, a. We check-in a room for few hours, we go out to the pool, when came back, the room is full of formaldehyde smells like some one just finished the painting or decoration, this is crazy...and totally not acceptable!!!! Try to call the front desk, no answer 2 times! I came to the front desk, their reaction is slow and no big deal, I was very very angry!!! after 5 min they gave me a new room, but my mood is alrady hurt and bad, image is bad neither!!! b. the private sand is closed 5 pm, too early for kid for playing around. c. kids play ground is charged ph 300 hour, shall be included!

Very nice hotel. Knowing it’s my girl friends birthday. They sent us birthday cake and birthday song. The infinity pool is very beautiful. But the location is far from city. If you want go to city you should ask the front to call a taxi with 100peso fee for driver.

It was a relaxing two-day stay with a beautiful ocean view. I am grateful that the front desk staff moved us to a quieter room, which allowed me to have uninterrupted rest. On the first night, I needed to work and was initially placed near the main entrance of the building, where there was loud noise and disturbances. I requested a room change so I could focus on my work, and the staff kindly accommodated my request. The Club Lounge was superb, with a relaxing vibe that made lounge hours truly enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was the ocean atmosphere—surreal views, clear water, fish swimming nearby, and birds chirping in the morning. Thank you to Manager E.Z. for assisting us by arranging a grab-and-go club sandwich and soda prior to our departure, as we missed our last-day breakfast. Benjarong Restaurant provided high-class service, and the sunset view added to our sense of privacy during dinner. The meal was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Dusit!

On the first night, I needed to work and was initially placed near the main entrance of the building, where there was loud noise and disturbances. I requested a room change so I could focus on my work, and the staff kindly accommodated my request. The Club Lounge was superb, with a relaxing vibe that made lounge hours truly enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was the ocean atmosphere—surreal views, clear water, fish swimming nearby, and birds chirping in the morning. Thank you to Manager E.Z. for assisting us by arranging a grab-and-go club sandwich and soda prior to our departure, as we missed our last-day breakfast. Benjarong Restaurant provided high-class service, and the sunset view added to our sense of privacy during dinner. The meal was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Dusit!
