I have been staying at this hotel for the past 12 years, even during the COVID period, so I know very well that the rooms are old. However, this time the experience was simply unacceptable. The room (705) looked fine at first, but during my 5-day stay all the deficiencies became evident: broken drawers, the clothesline in the bathroom was unusable because the cable was missing (only one side of the hook was there), the sink was leaking and flooding the floor every single day, the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work, and the condensation after a shower with the door closed was unbearable. The bathtub had no stopper, so it was impossible to use it for a bath – it only functioned as a makeshift shower tray. On top of that, the bathroom sockets didn’t work, so I had to shave and dry my hair in the room. I have been coming here for over a decade and I know the hotel is old, but this time the room conditions were completely unacceptable and far below the standard expected from a hotel listed on Hotels.com. Very disappointing.

老牌酒店稍微陈旧但是都有齐全，早餐不错，房间宽敞，熨斗坏的，吹风机廉价，提供直饮水很好。位置好。

餐饮特别丰盛，早餐的泰式糕点很特别，我很喜欢，他们家我还住过其它一家都没有这样的选择。 房间大，交通比较方便。

really old hotel with super dated furniture that looks like it’s barely surviving. the moment u reach the corridors u get hit with a horrible musky smell coming from the old carpets, and it gets even worse after stepping in the room. the carpets are even dirtier and worse smelling. bathroom isn’t clean. this hotel is in a terrible need of a total renovation. overpriced and totally not worth it.

The hotel was very clean and decorated very nice for Christmas. The food was excellent. The buffet had a large variety of food. Guarantee to over eat. The staff were outstanding. They were courteous, kind, and genuine in their effort to ensure you stay there was a memorable one. For me they succeeded. Thank you to all.

Clean room. Staff were efficient in cleaning the room when we were out.

Perfect stay

Room cleaning service was bad. Forget to replace hair towel. Did not consume anything from mini bar but was charge for a few items that disappeared from the room. I was the only person staying there for work. Only person came in was house keeping. Charges were waived when I protest at checkout. Very unhappy

My stay at Dusit Thani Manila was excellent. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to several major malls and just a short walk to the MRT. It’s also a reasonable drive from the airport through the skyway, which makes travel easy. The service was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the staff were always helpful and courteous. I felt very safe throughout my stay, which added to the comfort. Overall, a great experience and a place I’d happily return to.
