Big room, clean and comfortable. Staff are always willing to help. Also the restaurant with good selection of chinese food, taste not bad Recommend.

It's a nice hotel I will stay in when have trip in Kigali, it did not let me down so far. Professional & guest-friendly hotel!

Poor staff service including use of fraudulent car rental and tour services

The hotel is pleasant overall and the room was very comfortable. However, I had a very bad experience with a car rental arranged through reception. I paid $100/day for a 15 year old car that was unsafe and uninsured: cracked windscreen, bald tyres (I slipped on wet roads), oil warning light, noisy engine, and it broke down on day two with an alternator failure. The insurance provided was for private use only, meaning I would not have been covered in an accident. I was asked to sign a contract only in Kinyarwanda, and when I complained, the rental company tried to blame me for the faults. I was harassed and harangued by two car rental company staff at the entrance to the hotel, trying to make me pay for an alternator/ engine repairs. I eventually got part (for the second day) of my money back from the staff member who arranged the car rental, but the experience ruined my last day in Kigali. I only got the money back after much arguing and eventually the hotel staff member accepted responsibility and liability for arranging the car rental. I had no option but to sit around the hotel for the entire day without any usual hospitality recovery like a shower, free shuttle to the airport etc. Guests should insist on using reputable, established rental companies with proper commercial insurance.

The suburb is so noisy. The people working there are so good, however the location is not the standard of current hotel industry in Rwanda.

The staff was very nice and very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English. Breakfast buffet was incredible, including the black coffee, African tea, and the spiced tea

Good stay, good facilities. The location is a bit too crowdèd for me, but the hitel and services were good

They advertise it without showing that it’s in the heart of Kigali but it’s in downtown. However it’s the most quiet area you can imagine . Only the food is quite expensive and do not come in time when you order .
