El hotel es absolutamente perfecto, el equipo es muy atento y servicial. Además, las instalaciones son excelentes, la cama y la ducha son estupendas, el desayuno es espectacular y en todo momento están a disposición de los huéspedes. La ubicación también es excelente, está cerca de todo: tiendas, supermercados, y además hay metro y autobuses justo al lado, lo que facilita mucho la movilidad. Es perfecto. Lo recomiendo totalmente y volveré siempre. Grafias por todo

Lack of cooperation. I tried for three days before arrival to change my room from February 12-15, 2026, to March 12-15, 2026. Unfortunately, despite dozens of emails and a dozen or so phone calls, the pretense that it was from hotels.com was abhorrent. I lost 1,600 euros because no one was interested in changing my stay date. I was cheated by hotels.com. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I will never book through hotels.com again. Piotr
