1.The AC is terrible, the smell make me keep counging that i had to turn if off. 2.The bed is somehow messy, especially the swallows. 3.The Air actually is NOT good at all. 4.And when I went to breakfast i cannot even put my suitcase at the forntdesk. I was 1 meter away. A very bad journey i swear this is my worst trip in Spian.

Overall, my stay at the property was great. First the good things, the location is good close to most of the major attractions. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food in the restaurant is as good as any of the restaurants in the city, there was only two things that weren’t great the housekeeping staff didn’t really clean the room too well daily they would forget to refill the coffee and change out the coffee cups, and would even leave used room service plates in the room. also one other thing I was on the sixth floor and there was some loud noise above my room all night long. I don’t know what it was. It did not prevent me from sleeping much, but perhaps that should be looked at.

On brand, efficient, pleasant staff, responsive when issues arose. We didn't do breakfast here as we generally like to try licsl restaurants in cities. Only gripes: dofa bed not very comfy (even for a sofa bed) and pool wasn't open - understandable because it was April and even public pools weren't open but the weather was very gokd, do was hoping for some flexibility

The breakfast was great, with a huge selection of foods. All organised, well laid out (at least 3 coffee stations), and very tidy. The staff at the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable, with English TV channels too! I didn't try the other facilities.

Great location and place to stay for few nights!

It’s a good hotel with main needs attended. Nice for people who want to ebuoy the city with no worries about luxury.

Everything was ok till I have to pay for parking at the hotel a was 29 euros pr day wuch I think that's was B,S here in USA no body in they right mine will charge there guess for parking I. Hotel

It is well located, the rooms are adequate, and the breakfast offers a lot of variety but it is very noisy.

Worst check in experience. Angry reception lady got upset at me as the room wasn’t ready when she said it was. She aggressively told me to come back after 2 which I was ok with, then got very defensive and rude when it wasn’t ready at 2:30pm. I think she was embarrassed, which isn’t a good look for someone representing you hotel. Terrible attitude, she wanted an argument and I couldn’t be bothered. Bad introduction. There was a conference with a load of people smoking out front. Could t walk in the hotel without walking through the smoke. The bed room smelt of cigarettes. Very poor. From the linen to the bed. A real shame. Worst Accor experience I’ve had.
