They were kind about storing our luggage when our room wasn’t ready (we arrived early). They also gave us a room upgrade and we had a large room for us and our adult sons. Quiet and comfortable place to sleep. Located in good walking distance to lots of restaurants and Old Town.

Yvonne in the Dining Room was highly attentive to all. She keeps everything equipped and in order. We had indeed paid for breakfast upon checking in the day before, but when we showed up, she showed us that we did not appear to have paid for breakfast. She let us have it anyway. I did go to the front desk to make sure we did and they confirmed it and I brought the vouchers to her. She was very nice and professional as a 25 year hospitality pro. I wish her the best!

Nice and clean room, offering early check-in which was a big plus! The front desk staff was very friendly, answering all kinds of questions we had. The hotel was about 10 minute walk to Zurich HB and COOP supermarket, and 3 minute walk to tram station. Overall I'd say its very convenient.

i stayed on second floor almost two weeks ago, everything was good. i stayed on fifth floor this time, it's very different. As it's on the highest level (5/F), so it's much smaller and the ceiling height is much shorter, just about 2 metres. And because of the pitched roof, it made it further smaller. i want to say, i paid the same amount, but the room is much smaller than those on lower floors. It's really not fair.

The location is super where near the Zurich HB and walk within 7 mins. Those staff are really helpful and friendly. The room is big enough, air-conditioner is provided, but the lighting of the bathroom is little bit dark.

Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!

Great hotel with very friendly staff! The Swiss standard for hotels is very high so the rooms are cleaned everyday, and complimentary water is provided (although the tap water is good to drink). Breakfast is cold (no bacon etc). The hotel has 4 private car bats which can be a little confusing to get to and costs 20 CHF a day, laundry is 15 CHF per load and is ready in about 6 hours. Overall the hotel was great, very convenient, about a 5 minute walk from the train station and near so decent restaurants/kebab shops.

Das Hotel liegt optimal zum Bahnhof, zur Altstadt ist es nicht weit zu Fuß. Diverse öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe.
Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Hilft bei Fragen und allem was anliegt. Es herrscht eine gute Stimmung unter den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Morgens beim Frühstück, herzlicher Empfang von Yvonne. Für den Start in den Tag ist das Frühstück ausreichend, mit lecker Kaffee.
Hatte ein großzügiges Einzelzimmer.
Würde (werde)es wieder buchen.
