I liked this hotel, and always chose to stay here when I was in Basel. The room is big enough, the breakfast is various and delicious. There is a bus station and convenient to arrive many places in the city. The only thing I wanted to complain was the aircondition. When I was there this May, the weather was cold, the room was very cold too. The ac didn't work. I called the front desk, they said they aleady open the ac for me and should be workable. But the room still was very cold. Finally they gave me a warmer, it's helpful but not make me happy as it's a very limited and uncomfortable.

酒店整体不错，据说离开边境到法国和德国的距离只有500m。酒店门口有电车8路到旧城区以及Hop-on Hop-Off。

Temizlik çok iyi değildi. Toz kokusu vardı. Şehire çok yakın değil. Tramvaya 5-7 dk yürüyüp biniliyor. Merkeze 20 dk süren yolculukla gidiliyor.

Very nice place
The online checkin was a bit diffecult - Have to contact support several times about payment of the citytax which went to a error code several time - Also the passport part of the check-in process took several attemts to complet.
But after arrivial everything works - Code for the self-parkering - code to let you in the building - code to let into the room - All without having to stand in line at a reception.

Der Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert. Besonders positiv sind die guten Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage. Leider konnte die Sauberkeit des Hotels nicht überzeugen.
