C'était très bien! Mention particulière au personnel pour l'accueil et aussi pour la chambre impeccablement soignée lorsque l'on reste plusieurs jours, c'est vraiment très agréable.

Easy access by bus, and near to the attractions, such as Lausanne cathedral, museums and sauvabelin tower and etc... bus stop is nearby the hotel. The pillows are smelly but the staff replace the clean pillows within 15minutes, appreciate!!! The room and bathroom are very clean and neat. Ec

Das Hotel befindet sich an toller Lage. Die Parkgarage ist gut gelegen. Das Personal schien leider unmotiviert. Das Badezimmer im gebuchten Zimmer war nicht sauber. Das Bett ist relativ hart und unbequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein, aber frisch und gut. Mittelmässiges Hotel. Für einen Kurztrip gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in dem Fall okey.

Staff was nice and while location was a bit far, it was very easy to get down the hill via bus quickly. Our room flooded however which was frustrating...staff did accommodate us by moving rooms.
