The hotels is good and friendly staff
But expidia is not transfer my booking to the hotel and take long time

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel in central Basel. Excellent service. We arrived late at night and most restaurants nearby close at 10pm but the hotel bar served light meals and drinks until 11pm. Slept really well and breakfast included everything on our list. The only thing that might cause problems is that the trams stop outside the hotel. Those who are light sleepers may want to book a room toward the other side. In summary, this hotel is a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

Received a bad check-in experience with a staff that repeated the same sentences like robots and didn’t hide how annoyed she was.
I don’t think the principle of hospitality were uphold and will prefer the Marriot for my next trips to Basel.

Great hotel in a great location in Basel, near the Messe and lots of cute neighborhoods and restaurants. Right on several tram lines and a short walk to the river. More business than boutique hotel, but friendly, clean, and modern with spacious rooms. I had a room with a balcony on the back of the building, very quiet and looks out over an internal courtyard and other buildings.
