SAii Phi Phi Island Village

The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't make any common sense, I felt the hotel staff realised that as well. However, I don't think they did anything afterwards, I noticed on some social platforms that some other guests had similar experieces. Disapointing!! Anyways, you can never be too careful, leave all the valuable things in the safe when you go out. If you choose to stay at this hotel, try to enjoy!

酒店在宁静的大海边，有一个非常好的私人海滩，让你在涨潮中享受到大海的波涛冲击。酒店有三个不错的餐厅，泰国菜餐厅的菜让你永远也会忘记！餐厅在半山，有优美的风景、有泰国的美品…当然，另外两个餐厅也不错。酒店需要改善的是，从普吉岛去PP岛的船程。我建议多增加几趟，船程太少，下了飞机坐公共船真的不方便。

Abbiamo soggiornato al SAii Phi Phi Island Village Resort e, nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata piacevole grazie alla posizione spettacolare su Loh Ba Gao Bay, con giardini tropicali e una lunga spiaggia privata. La struttura è ampia, ma le sistemazioni sono poco curate e necessiterebbero di un riammodernamento; per il prezzo pagato, non trasmettono un vero senso di lusso. Un plauso a Panda, per l’ottimo supporto dello staff, e a Nora, che ci ha offerto un upgrade gratuito in una stanza più bella, con vista mare e qualità superiore, migliorando notevolmente il soggiorno. Il collegamento con Phi Phi città è limitante: l’hotel aiuta nella ricerca di un passaggio in barca, ma bisogna comunque accordarsi con i barcaioli locali. Sarebbe utile un servizio di transfer continuo, anche a pagamento. In generale, il resort ha grande potenziale: la spiaggia e l’area sono molto belle, l’atmosfera è rilassante, ma le sistemazioni e i collegamenti ne riducono la praticità per un soggiorno ideale.

This stay was amazing. The resort was stunning, very friendly staff, the restaurants had amazing food. We are already longing to go back. If you are going to stay on PhiPhi, please consider staying at SAii.

The room was wonderful, the staff was amazing! Breakfast provided many options, although potatoes had to be requested most days. The lunch and dinner menu could offer more options. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our day!

Très sincèrement c’est le meilleur hôtel que j’ai pu faire dans ma vie. Un vrai coin de paradis. Le personnel est vraiment incroyable, les chambres sont d’une propreté mais vraiment j’ai rien à dire. Le petit déjeuné est excellent digne d’un 5 étoiles. Ce que j’apprécie par dessus tout dans cet hôtel ce sont également les clients, ce sont des gens propres et civilisés, aucune personne se lève à 6h du matin pour réserver des transats et ensuite retourner dormir. Les gens sont propres et gentils c’est vraiment un high level comme hotel et la chambre que nous avions était juste magnifique. Je vous recommande à 1000%

Beautiful property and excellent beach! Staff are amazing and the property is clean. They had a buggy cart for guests as needed. The tide goes out very far as a heads up, so the beach was not always able to swim. But lots of pool chairs so we had no issues. This is a 5 star place for sure! Also there are lots of local food places for very cheap just behind the resort.

Une petit paradis.

Saii phi phi village was one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed in. The villas were fresh and newly renovated. The beach was beautiful and water was crystal clear. The surrounding area was peaceful. Only downside is the plastic waste on the local village. I really hope that there was better waste management also outside the resort to preserve its natural beauty.

Visiting Phi Phi Island was one of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. The scenery is incredible, especially the turquoise water and dramatic cliffs. The boat tour was so much fun, and the atmosphere is lively but still peaceful. Highly recommend!

The private beach was nice. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was awful. The frozen fish tasted and very awful fried rice. Breakfast was alright but bread was not so fresh. Staff were a bit confused with booking and checking information. Staff were not very nice and courteous on our arrival. Also, it was a bit expensive costed us around 700 AUD a night for one small room. Also the air con was blowing in my face and we got a headache each morning. The set up could be better.

Great location although facing east so no sunsets. Clean rooms, very quick response/service from staff. Awesome breakfast, lunches, dinner in the restaurants!

Å avslutte noen uker i Thailand her er noe av det beste. Du ankommer stranda med båt og blir umiddelbart tatt i mot. Området er fantastisk strand, hotel rom og mat, ikke noe å utsette på opphold her. Husk bare på at det er tider på døgnet hvor du ikke kan bade direkte fra stranda grunnet tidevann. Du må da gå langt ut, me nyt heller bassengområdet. Rett bak hotellet type 2-3 minutter å gå ligger verdens mest sjarmerende landsby. Godt utvalg spisesteder, minimarked og barer. Nyt oppholdet
