環境還不錯。服務人員都非常的盡心盡力。房間乾淨只是床舖有點舊了

設施殘舊，廁所淤塞，房間設施差劣，毛巾又欠拖鞋又欠總之樣樣都差！ 早餐更加不知所謂，垃圾酒店！除左環境位置好， 無一可取！建議不要來這間酒店。

The property needs upkeep in the type of room I stayed. The mattress is ultra hard, I woke up with a backache my first night. Also mattress need to be checked for bed bugs. A bad sewage smell was coming out of the bathroom pipes & I had to keep the bathroom glass door closed. Also, hotel could probably provide a bug repellent air freshener, because bugs come inside whenever the door is opened. The property calls itself a resort, but it needs more amenities to deserve such title. For starters, “cold water bottles” should be available at front desk area(lobby) and by their beach for guests, not only provided in rooms. We asked for a bottle of water by the beach and were told they were available for purchase. The property provides a shuttle service (for a nice charge $63) to and from Krabi airport, but as a guest if you want to visit the nearby town, no one can take you there. I asked many of the boats & all refused. The property should provide this service to guests, but it appears that they want you hostage on grounds. The grounds have many gardeners taking care of the plants, and their pond also needs some tlc. If you leave early to the airport just like I did, a to go breakfast can be provided just as a vegetarian option or regular. A sandwich with actual proteins inside, “napkin, cutlery,” drink etc. Instead I received old stale bread with a a drink. More like leftovers from their buffet area. Again, if resort will be used in the title of the property…

Les employés du resort étaient extrêmement généreux et accueillant! Nous nous sommes sentis totalement à l’aise dès notre arrivée. L’hotel est parfaitement situé, avec une plage et une vue magnifique. Une partie du resort était en construction durant notre séjour, mais ca ne nous a aucunement affecté.

Bungalows were so nice and inviting. Had the best time!

Cam with my daughter, a friend and her daughter. It was a fabulous experience. My 3rd time to Railay. I LOVED that it was directly on the beach and pretty easy to get to and from the walking street and pier and such. Loved being on Railay as compared to in Krabi or on AoNang. Family friendly (halal) no alcohol. Food was ok so we took advantage of a big breakfast as late as we could and enjoyed food at the walking street. Coffee was horrible. Horrible. The coffee shop around the corner was great tho. Summer Fresh, I believe. Unfortunately doesn’t open until 8am. We chose the option to be picked up & dropped back off at the airport and took a van to a waiting area then a samlo to the pier and a long boat to the beach property. No problems at all and helpful staff. Pools are great, rooms are comfortable and clean! Hong Island is worth just spending a full day there but we did the 4 island sunset tour with the bio illuminescent plankton. Super cool! Beautiful all around. Fantastic tour guide that we booked at the hotel.

Fijn hotel. Behulpzaam personeel. Shuttle naar Ao Nang was erg handig met al onze bagage.

Poca fruta fresca pero por lo demás, perfecto, especialmente las fotos, recomendado!! 👍

Great hotel! Breakfast was full of delicious food. Rooms and amenities were all good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants and excursions available around the property. Highly recommended!

I loved this resort! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The resort is gorgeous. My room was amazing. The ocean, the beach, the monkeys, all of it. I will most definitly be back!

Absolutely an amazing resort. Location was perfect, staff was amazing.. room was great, breakfast was impressive. wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend this property

Breakfast cost too much

We stayed here in an emergency as there was a storm and we were unhappy to risk the boat ride back to Aonang. Staff were very helpful providing toothbrushes etc for us. They even upgraded our room to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast right beside the lapping waves of the sea was amazing.

Great place on the sand ..great view ..love the resort all staff were awesome and welcoming ..definitely highly recommended! Thank you sand sea !!

Posto fantastico, la camera che avevamo è proprio sopra la piscina, sulla spiaggia, magnifico. Personale gentilissimo, disponibile, colazione ottima, sulla spiaggia, una vista mozzafiato.
