環境還不錯。服務人員都非常的盡心盡力。房間乾淨只是床舖有點舊了

設施殘舊，廁所淤塞，房間設施差劣，毛巾又欠拖鞋又欠總之樣樣都差！ 早餐更加不知所謂，垃圾酒店！除左環境位置好， 無一可取！建議不要來這間酒店。

該飯店位置極佳可欣賞海景，房間獨立幽靜，服務週到。

We had a very positive experience from the moment we arrived. After getting off our long tail boat, we were picked up by tractor and escorted to our room, which was a unique and memorable start to our stay. It was my partner’s birthday, which I had mentioned in the booking confirmation, and the staff surprised us with a birthday cake — such a thoughtful gesture that really made the occasion feel special. The location of the hotel is absolutely superb, right on the Railay Beach front, with stunning views and a truly unbeatable setting. My only criticism is that the hotel itself looks a little tired in places. For example, the tiling in the pool is worn and in need of repair, and we stayed in a hut which felt quite basic and could definitely benefit from some updating. That said, I would return to this hotel because the location is simply stunning. Next time, however, I would choose to upgrade the room, as the basic option wasn’t the most comfortable.

Breakfast was great, room was great, staff was great. Would def stay here again. Loved the location and monkeys! We did get accused of taking a glass from the room that was 300baht but they didn’t charge us when we explained the glass wasn’t there on our arrival

Fantastisk hyggelig mann som kjører deg med golfbil når du skjekker inn, eller møter på han når du er ute å går fra øst til vest. Romslige rom, med gode senger og med fine verandaer. Basseng ved Railay West siden lå fint til. Nydelig solnedgang derfra. Hotellet serverer ikke alkohol, men du kan ha med medbrakt, også til restauranten. De har både vinkjellere og vinglass. Perfekt beliggenhet på Railay. Kommer tilbake neste gang vi skal til Railay.

El resort es muy grande y alojarte aquí te permite disfrutar de la playa de Railay sin aglomeraciones de gente, ya que durante el día se llena. Hay muchos animales libres que viven en el mismo resort; monos, aves, lagartos… me pareció un entorno ideal para verlos sin invadir su libertad. El servicio de desayuno muy bien.

Just amazing

Location idea in center of Railay Bay beach. Close to many restaurants and bars on the nearby walking street. Highly recommended!

Hotel is in desperate need of modernisation, we had an emergency at home and asked to pay to make a phone call home. The request was denied and no help was offered. We would not recommend or stay at this hotel. The one exception was Concierge staff who where excellent

El hotel es bonito. La habitación era pequeña y el baño estaba muy descuidado y olía mucho a drenaje. El personal del restaurante nada amable a diferencia del personal de la recepción.

Nice but the access is very limited when you arrive by speed boat or ferry by yourself and the pillows were not very comfortable.

It was a really nice set up. The staff are helpful and friendly, the complex is nice, great breakfast, and the location is perfect. My only issue is that I feel our bungalow was pretty worn/dated given the price. It was all functional and comfortable enough, but older looking, and the AC wasn't very strong. There was also animal poop on the outdoor walkways that would be nice to get cleaned up at least on a daily basis (so you don't have to worry about stepping in it). But all-in-all, we enjoyed our time here and could definitely stay here again.
