喜來登蘇梅島度假酒店

去了蘇梅島已經有五次，今次住的酒店是最好的，早餐豐富，酒店員工有禮貌，服務好，剛好酒店隔壁的夜店有party，我們全部人玩得盡興，另外推薦酒店的spa ，價錢不貴，服務到位，酒店附近有不少食店，價錢平宜，特別推介一間在familymart門口的泰式河粉，味道不錯，唯一的缺點，是蘇梅島要面對的，就是水母的問題，我到沙灘裏游泳的時候，有點比針刺的感覺，希望當局能解決這個問題，不要浪費這樣美麗島嶼，之後會有第六次、或更多次到蘇梅島旅遊。

我們booking 酒店巴士往購物中心，在車上已經再三詢問司機需要提前打電話告知我們幾點返酒店嗎？司機肯定說不需要！有固定時間的穿梭巴士。但在固定時間和地點并沒有巴士出現！我們打電話去酒店詢問方派車出來，酒店在此方面應該多加改善！

感覺整體性不錯

如果你是有帶小孩的，並不會推薦這個飯店，飯店的熱水不夠熱就算了，蓮蓬頭是固定的，對要幫小孩子洗澡是一個很大的挑戰。飯店的蚊子很多，需要噴很多的防蚊液。飯店內的按摩也有相當大的改進空間。

映入眼簾的是無邊無際的海景，令人心曠神怡。有充滿著熱帶島嶼的景觀，仿彿來到仙境，忘掉煩惱，擺脫俗事。值得入住的好地方。

Excellent stay , excellent service from the staff, most speak English, Superb room cleanliness, and quiet environment , easy access to the beach, excellent buffet breakfast with wide choice.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom suite which was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpfully. Facilities are children friendly. Food was OK and breakfast buffet was great. But I'd rather go out to Chaweng beach to grab lunch and dinner. Hotel's by the beach. Spa service OK.

the overall environment is good. However, the food is suck. especially the steak. the quality of the steak is poor and they charge unreasonable price for such quality of steak

This is good local which very quite. Hotel is clean & comfortable. We originally plan to rent a car through hotel for our 6 days trip. However, they just tell me no car. Do not have any alternatives & not helpful. In this case, even a small 3 stars hotel can manage better then Sheraton. We finally find a car by myself.. Other than that, general service is OK.

I and my boyfriend spent 3 days here. Before our arrival, I requested decorating the room as this was our anniversary trip. However, upon our arrival, we found that the hotel didn't decorate our room. It was a bit disappointing. For the pros, (1) The “resort-style” swimming pool is really nice and it makes us relaxed; (2) The beach was very close to the hotel; (3) The beach was clean and beautiful; (4) The buffet was delicious but there were few choices. We could find normal dishes like french bread, omelet, waffle...etc; (5) There was shuttle services offered by the hotel, which cost THB70 per head only; and (6) Staff were helpful and with good English level. A front-desk staff could also speck Mandarin. For the cons, (1) We walked for five minutes from our room (near the restaurant) to the reception; (2) The hotel offered shuttle services from hotel to Chaweng. It took place once per hour only. The hotel should consider offering more frequent shuttle services; (3) We doubted the security problem. When we entered the restaurant for having breakfast, no one asked about our room number even when we finished our breakfast; and (4) We must take taxi to the downtown and it costs THB300 for us to travel to Chaweng (private taxi). It was a nice place to stay but we will probably not choosing to stay again as the hotel is really far from the downtown.

一間還不錯的飯店，很美，有游泳池，有海灘，房間也夠大，但飯店外沒什麼東西。

总体感觉还行，位置离闹市稍远

酒店沙滩不错，游泳池很好，餐厅也不错。房间设施基本可以，但清洁度需要提高，另外服务还有提升空间。

We had a fantastic week at the resort!

We liked the morning walk to breakfast up through the forest canopy and past the pools of colourful carp. Breakfast was always delicious and lots of food options. The pools were wonderful and relaxing as were the walks along the beach and the swims in the sea. At night we tried both restaurants and were impressed with every tasty item we ordered. The beds were very comfy and we slept very well. Such a great experience.

Excellent lunch and dinner with drinks especially the coconuts.
