Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages.
When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same.
We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to a room change. Shout out to the hotels.com team for that.
In general the hotel is new and clean. To use the pool the require swimming caps, which they charge another EUR 5 for , and if you want to use the hot tub, it is another EUR 35 for the reservation. So we rarely saw anyone use any of the facilities.
The breakfast was quite good, but tables and floor are often not cleaned.
Overall the hotel is good because it is new , but service and amenities were disappointing.

Hotel design is beautiful. Everything is well maintained.
This is very close to everything but requires a ride down the hill to all the tourist shops.
Its nice and quiet there while being 5 minutes by car/van ride to all of the attractions, restaurants and small shops.

Otelin konumu, temizliği ve genel atmosferi gerçekten çok güzeldi. Odalar konforlu ve düzenliydi, özellikle otelin sakinliği Kapadokya deneyimimizi daha da özel hale getirdi

Otel genel olarak güzeldi temiz ve bakımlıydı. Otel havuzu küçüktü çocuklar tarafından istila edilmisti 😅o yüzden giremedik. Spa vs güzeldi Cansu hanim bize cok yardimci oldu. Yemekler biraz daha iyileştirilebilir. Ancak otelin her yerinde olan oda kokusu difuzorleri cok rahatsız ediyor. Alerjisi astımı olmayanlar icin sorun degil ama kısa süreli de olsa solumak cok ciddi rahatsız ediyor. Onlar biraz daha azaltilabilir sonuçta her türlü kanserojen.

I loved this property and I plan to revisit at every opportunity. The staff were amazing, the hotel smelled like heaven, the property was extremely clean and the convenience to town was great.
The only thing I’d ask is that they add more options to the menu. Outside of that, this property was perfection!
