Gorgeous location: outstanding views out of the main hustle of a large city. Staff were superlative, just the appropriate amount of discernment. All my needs/requests were met swiftly. The restaurant(s) food were quite good, particularly Novitek. I did not partake of breakfast. However, the wine menus in restaurants could be expanded. My room location was exceptional with views of the Bosphorus beyond the pool. I enjoyed the pool area, excepting for the unruly children shouting and clamoring at my one visit. While the parents are responsible, staff might suggest to them to behave in a more appropriate manner. The spa was similarity quite good, albeit of spa of this class I would have expected a more luxurious waiting/lounge area. In sum, a sumptuous location and venue. In all instances, the staff will do their utmost to smooth any edges you might find.

I recently booked the Discover Istanbul Package, which included the hammam treatment and a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, the hammam appointment was never booked for me despite my email request, and the wine was also not provided upon arrival. In addition, when the housekeeper serviced my room, he did not replace the used wine and champagne glasses, leaving me without any clean ones throughout my stay. After checking into my room, I also experienced a water leakage issue that remained unresolved despite reporting it. These repeated service lapses were disappointing, especially for a hotel of your standard. I believe the staff could benefit from additional training to ensure they uphold the name and reputation of the hotel properly. I share this feedback in good faith, as I genuinely believe this property has great potential and deserves to deliver the level of excellence its name represents.

Very beautiful and luxurious hotel, on the phosphorus had a lot of restaurants and great food and a great view Rooms are spacious nicely decorated , staff are very helpful, speaks multiple languages and very professional Easy access to all touristic areas

My families stay at the Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus was nothing short of exceptional. From arrival to departure, the staff were impeccable - gracious, attentive, and always ready to assist with poise and professionalism. The shisha lounge, perched along the Bosphorus, was a true highlight - offering a serene atmosphere, refined service, and breath-taking views that elevate the entire experience. It’s the perfect place to unwind as the city glows at dusk. Novikov was equally impressive - delivering a sophisticated fusion of Asian and Mediterranean flavors in an elegant, vibrant setting. A flawless blend of luxury, comfort, and service.

Excellent hotel and service I receive a small room with out work desk but I have the proper room next day with very good attention. Thanks to BERRU for the hospitality and efficient service.

The hotel and staff is excellent, but their dining option is just ok. The restaurants are on thesubleese( as I understand)and don't stand up to the quality of the hotel, the service there is terrible.

My stay at Mandarin Oriental Istanbul was a mixed bag of good and bad. I will start with good: property is well kept and has great location, staff is polite, property has few good dinning options. However, there are significant issues that must be fixed to earn 5 stars. First of all when I booked my stay reservation offered free upgrade. Upon arrival there were rooms for upgrade but for extra charge. Classic bait and switch. Second of all, I was not allowed as a hotel guest to eat in Novikov although the place was empty and had plenty of seats available. Restaurant made me order deserts and sent to my room instead. Inconvenient to say the least when you try to have a good time and willing to spend money for it. Hope management takes necessary steps to handle the ongoing issues with the hotel.
