山景房間景觀非常美麗，服務人員態度賠償友善親切，離沙壩市鎮走路15分鐘不算太遠，坐車也很方便，可惜游泳池在室內，空氣流通不好！

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional five-star service at KK Sapa Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. On Christmas Eve, they offered complimentary mulled wine, gingerbread, and fruits in the lobby for an hour, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has a gym and a pool, and despite the cold winter in Sapa, the indoor temperature remained very warm. One of the best touches was that we could still shower on the pool floor after checking out, perfect for freshening up after hiking. The hotel is impeccable in both hardware and service, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!

We left a AirBnB in a ricefield to have a nice night in a hotel.this hotel was perfect.

Good clean rooms with good view of the valley. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. About 15 minutes walk from the Sapa square, from where you could take the cable car to Fansipan base station. So all in all a good place to stay. Also plenty of restaurants short walk from the 15th floor exit. (The hotel has to exits, one on first floor and the other on the 15th floor which is closer to the restaurants and markets.

The breakfast was great, the location was great, the staff were great and the amenities were great. Soo all in all it was great

Really nice for the price. Not really five star resort but close to it. Everything was above expectations. View is spectacular. Also pickleball courts across the street! Highly recommend for a stay in Sapa! You won't regret it!

The hotel location is very convenient for exploring Sa pa. In addition, the hotel has a lot to offer and we were welcomed with discounted massage treatments, afternoon tea, plus more, given we booked a long stay. Highly recommended and thank you to the lovely staff for making our stay very special.

Excellent hotel, amazing view, but....a lot depends on the weather! Great hotel - huge room, when the fog clears you can see that the view from the room is simply lovely! Very good breakfast, the hotel's SPA services are comfortable and very good, the hotel's location is good - a short walk to the center. Highly recommended!

Great views and great location. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of asian amd western varieties. Check in was easy and hotel staff were very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Had a wonderful stay here at KK Sapa. Would definitely book here again in the future.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The property is well maintained and the the staff is amazing. The only drawback is that the hotel is overrun by large tour groups. The breakfast experience was chaotic
