. Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Thank you for the hospitality, such an honour to be treated so nicely, definitely come back to this hotel Soon.

Thank you for great first impression from front office staff. This hotel may old. Breakfast as good as always. Lovely swimming pool. We got room as requested. High floor through tugu tani view. Our room is convenient enough. But, I guess this hotel need to maintain/repair small things such as chair, flushing, air conditioner, mini fridge, and tea spoons especially in my room 1605. Jacuzzi at pool is not too hot anymore as we expected. Despite the weakness, we will return for the next Staycation.

Had been staying here 2 times. A very clean hotel, the room is spacious enough. I requested the high floor and 2 sided windows so I could enjoy the city lights at night and they provided as requested, which is really good. The facilities such as the swimming pool, gym area, are open but there's a limitation of the amount of people inside each facility due to COVID protocol. The food tastes not really good but don't worry, there's a small mall in the building which has lots of well-known tenants such as Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi, Re. Juve, Bengawan Solo Coffee, etc., and beside the building you can also have Nasi Padang Merdeka for your dinner. Yum!

We were really pleased with our stay at the Ashley Tang as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed (free self laundry). Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Central Jakarta, and it is just round the corner from the street food market. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel 💪

Friendly staff and comfy room. When I was checked in, staff assigned me to the room next to the passenger elevator. Then I called to move to the room to quieter place. Suprisingly, staff then upgraded my room and move me to a quiet place. Great place for Wfh. Room was clean, compact, and worth of money. Also the tv is netflix ready! Over all, service was great and room is pleasant. Although the breakfast just basic, will check to Ashley sabang again. Thank you, Ashley and staff.

Overall the hotel is so nice yet quite. Really good for business trip/staycation. I feel so peacefully stay in here and can recharge my energy. My favorite staff so far Ms. Vica as Front Office (thank you miss for your delightful service) and Technicians (thank you Sir for your tirelessly checking on our needs). Don't worry! All staff I met are so nice, smiley, greetings to me. Your hospitality is really wonderful experience (good job everyone)! Just little bit suggestion for the quality of your breakfast; The portion is too small and need some seasoning😉. But thank you for fulfilling our request, team🙏🏻. Better pick other hotels for the same price, ugly interior and no design at all, old toilet type and no jet washer, small shower room and not comfy to bath baby/child in the shower room, aircon very cold and control. Panel broken and hotel hesitate to offer other room, the only exception is breakfast selection, extremely many choice, other than breakfast better choose other hotel. For short ugly look and ugly experince. Once is more than enough.

Why everytime check in sure got problem. Last time minibar. OK I check in again no problem. The the centre AC. The whole night the noise like jet fighter. I came to relax and have a good sleep. Not to suffer come on.

Well this was my first time in Jakarta and I needed to stay in this vicinity. And I believe I have choosen the best hotel from the area in terms of their professional service and strategic placement of the property. I recommend all to please visit this place and make a plan for stay. 6 days in this particular place made me felt I am at home and trust me when I left for the airport it was hard for me. In the last a few things could have been up to the mark. For example, the broken toilet seat, the head rest in the bed which comes off every other day and a few of the tiles in the shower area also tends to fall. Other than that, this particular place adds some extra like a holiday market in the Sundays. Also the locals of this particular area are very friendly and helpful. I thank both Traveloka and Verse Lite authority for making my stay in there buttery smooth.
