Hotels near Ciputra Seraya Mall

Pelayanan sangat buruk. Tidak rekom untuk menginap di sini, fasilitas hotel kolam berenang dan restaurant jika sudah di booking pengguna lain kita tidak bisa di sana, padahal kita menginap disana pemberitahuan tidak ad tiba2 kita sangat terganggu dan kecewa. Tanggapan pihak manajemen hotel juga gk ada. Sangat tidak rekom. Lebih baik hotel sebelah sebelah. Dan sudah banyak komentar tidak baik terhadap hotel ini.

Hotel staff were friendly, courteous and professional. No issues with the room and it 's well stocked; All the basic toiletries are provided, you wouldn't to bring any unless you have specific products you need to use. Will definitely stay here again during my next visit.

Location is good enough, near the shopping center. But the room I got did not meet my expectations. Bathroom door can't be locked, leakage of the washbasin, dirty closet. A bit disappointed actually :(

Rooms look very old. Had requested non smoking rooms during the booking but not available.

This hotel have a maintance issue during my stay. I just stay 1night instant of 3day night booking.

Friendly staff, good location, and best hotel budget.
