Friendly staff as usual. I wouldn’t stay in room 120 as it faces 2 roads therefore noisy truck and car sounds especially 6.30am in the morning. The shower in this room has no hub on the floor therefore water splashes far and wide on the floor. The room it self is huge with a massive balcony with out door furniture.

Room was clean, Staff Friendly, everything was good and the only reason it doesn’t get 5stars is the Breakfast absolutely sucks... but on the bright side, a short 10 minute walk gets to a bunch of great coffee shops in the Canberra Centre mall...

Room was spacious and clean, quiet at night with good blockout curtains. Food in the attached pub was poor though. Service from staff was excellent. EV charging is handy, although I had to ask reception to get the person to move who had taken up both a disabled bay and an EV bay in their 4WD, so I could charge our car

Was perfect with our two puppies. It was good to have yard but they do need a little love. Some yards had weeds knee high. The room was not up market but bed was very comfortable and we could relax with the dogs . Room was well suited for dogs good size . Was lovely to be able to take dogs to dinner in lounge area and outside in the bistro area.

Biggest feedback and reason we won’t return is the fold out lounge is very uncomfortable only book if you have very small children or 1 child sleeping on it. Room is big enough to add a couple of single beds downstairs would sacrifice floor space for this. Also appeared they used the second pillow on the main bed to make the fold out so bring extra ones. Can walk to restaurants which was good upstairs bed comfy (except the pillow missing). Reception staff are lovely check in and out was quick.

The room was clean but showing its age. The bathroom was very small & quite a tight area to negotiate - especially getting into & out of the shower. The bed was uncomfortably firm. Unfortunately, the blinds didn’t block out the light well & there was a lot of noise coming from outside as well as from the store room next to the room.
