Room extremely spacious Very comfortable king size bed Very nice bathroom Courtyard attached to our room needed a good sweep and grass growing between brick floor could be removed I have stayed here on

My only complaint is the lack of disclosure with regards to the extra cost of parking.

Everything was just perfect

Good room great bed. TV not good to navigate. Outside of the building tired and looks worn. Staff were ok

Room was approx $400 per night. When we arrived we were told to pay another $15 per day for parking or park on the street. I questioned why paying for parking wasn’t an option when booking the room. Desk clerk advised Wotif is an “American third party and we don’t know what they offer”. The restaurant includes large screen coverage of horse racing and off track betting and clients who are there to bet and drink. The food was “pub fare” and over cooked. Minimal service offered. Bar staff sneezed on glasses and said she has hayfever. Room was comfortable although air conditioner was noisy. I thought it was a car alarm outside. A card was left in the room from the previous guest thanking them and gifting a bottle of wine. Housekeeping was hit and miss. The hotel is not located close to any restaurants, shops etc so reliant on TV for entertainment. Free to air channels the only option with a picture that repeatedly pixelated. Wifi was slow at best and repeatedly dropped out. At $400 per night we left feeling we had been ripped off. I can only suggest booking elsewhere. This place was awful.

Facilities very clean, overall good amenities for the price we paid. Would happily stay here again. Staff also very friendly and helpful

Excellent stay, we had pets and the room was fabulous. We had our own outside run for the puppies which made the stay stress free. I love the design of the place and we will stay again.

Would recomend this hotel

Room allocated to us was super noisy- anyone walking around can be heard, even when the door was shut. The cleaning left a lot to be desired- we found a power plug cover on the ground on arrival and when there were still bug carcasses on the wall. The carpark had double charged me, and when I raised this as an issue, I still have not heard back and it’s been over a fortnight

I cannot praise the intelligent accommodating staff enough. Really really lovely & one of them has an excellent diamond on her finger.

Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was a problem with the shower taps, they screeched while water was turned on but I could still shower. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful. I wasn't too impressed by the buffet breakfast service. On one morning, the scrambled eggs were overcooked. On a busy Saturday morning, dishes and food were running out more quickly than they were being replenished because 3 staff members were standing behind what looked like a bar area having a chat while one staff member was trying to manage on their own. When I went to get myself a bowl for my cereal, the few bowls left there had food particles on them. The cutlery available also hadn't been quickly dried after coming out the dishwasher so it had that muggy look to it which isn't presentable. Speaking of presentation, tables that needed to be cleared and wiped were building up during service. I didn't appreciate having to have my breakfast among this mess while the staff who were supposed to be looking after the dining room walked past having a conversation in their own language. It's not cheap to stay here and it's supposed to be a 4-star hotel so I certainly feel entitled to this gripe about the buffet breakfast service. Squealing shower noise + bad breakfast experience, I think 3 stars is a fair rating for my experience overall.

Very good hotel, kids enjoyed the loft room. Closed to all attractions. The front staffs are very nice.

Clean room. Good staff except the chap at the breakfast greet point who told me i was too late for breakfast at 9.38 when breakfast was supposed to end at 10.00.
