Our room was old but spacious and bed comfortable. It was a long walk from reception! Very disappointed with our meal at the restaurant which we had pre-booked but they had forgotten about! Also given conflicting and incorrect information about a couple of queries we had.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out and our room had lots of space and well kept and the shower was nice too. The bed was good but wasn’t as comfortable as most of the beds are at previous Mercury Inns we have stayed in. We always try and stick with hotels we know that normally have softer beds as my hubby needs back and hip surgery so harder/firmer mattress are not good for him. The staff were lovely when we checked in and the meal from the restaurant was really yummy. If you are wanting to park your car in a more secured place they do offer parking at the back of the hotel with a remote open and closing gate. It however cost $28 a night but to us we didn’t mind paying so we knew our car was more secured

Third time I’ve stayed here. The price is good but the beds are so uncomfortable - I must have got a particularly bad one as I’d wake up with pins and needles down my arm.

Room was clean, Staff Friendly, everything was good and the only reason it doesn’t get 5stars is the Breakfast absolutely sucks... but on the bright side, a short 10 minute walk gets to a bunch of great coffee shops in the Canberra Centre mall...

Room was spacious and clean, quiet at night with good blockout curtains. Food in the attached pub was poor though. Service from staff was excellent. EV charging is handy, although I had to ask reception to get the person to move who had taken up both a disabled bay and an EV bay in their 4WD, so I could charge our car

Was perfect with our two puppies. It was good to have yard but they do need a little love. Some yards had weeds knee high. The room was not up market but bed was very comfortable and we could relax with the dogs . Room was well suited for dogs good size . Was lovely to be able to take dogs to dinner in lounge area and outside in the bistro area.

Room very tired, bottom of bathroom door very flaky. Whole hotel looked a bit tired but the girl who checked us in was lovely. Decent breakfast, although do take up the offer of a proper coffee as the machines aren't great.

Biggest feedback and reason we won’t return is the fold out lounge is very uncomfortable only book if you have very small children or 1 child sleeping on it. Room is big enough to add a couple of single beds downstairs would sacrifice floor space for this. Also appeared they used the second pillow on the main bed to make the fold out so bring extra ones. Can walk to restaurants which was good upstairs bed comfy (except the pillow missing). Reception staff are lovely check in and out was quick.

Friendly staff as usual. I wouldn’t stay in room 120 as it faces 2 roads therefore noisy truck and car sounds especially 6.30am in the morning. The shower in this room has no hub on the floor therefore water splashes far and wide on the floor. The room it self is huge with a massive balcony with out door furniture.
